I have a problem with Mega Menu when i put a video at the top of a post. The layer with the text title of video appear before layer of Mega menu.
How did you add video to post? Did you set its featured content as video or you add your embed code?

I managed to import the settings from your demo site and noticed all the pages in the Pages section.
Though I’ve set up everything it seems the Menu and Rating systems are still an issue as they do not show.
One more thing I noticed is the Search bar at the top not being visible completly in Google Chrome. If you could help up with these issues that would be great.
Fixed Menu issue. Go to Customize/Navigation and set it to Secondary Menu. Review issue still persists.
Further to mat75hey it would be good to see feedback from the author regarding page size as the home page is over 6MB and around 5MB of this seems to be images? Homepage2 is around 8 MB total?
Would like to see what the author can do on his demo with perhaps better optimized image sizes or do they really need to be this large to cater for large screen image quality?
Perhaps a fixed width or max width home page slider option would allow a more reasonable home page size as an option if desired?
Absolutely love the theme though, it is such a perfect fit for an upcoming project.
It’s because theme display many rich content including large image slider and video. You can always remove them if you don’t to using Theme admin panel.

1. How large is the logo image?
2. Can ads be placed above the fold on the homepage and posts page?
3. Are the ads responsive?
4. Can videos be used as featured post images, or just as backgrounds?
5. Can reviews be placed at the bottom of the post?
6. Are there more options for social network sharing on posts such as reddit?
7. Can sidebars be added to post pages?

One more, sorry. I noticed that this theme does quite poorly with PageSpeed. Is it partly server related, or is this theme not built to comply with PageSpeed standards?

I’ve been searching on manuel, did nt find the solution

Please follow the theme’s instructions in /manual/index.html it will help you get through all theme features.

1/Despite the fact I’ve been watching videos and reading several times the manual, i don’t see anything about author, except enable author layout in Theme Settings,
2/ Also still have the first name displaying (not first name and Last Name) under each post excerpt and the link leads to: /author.php with 404..
3/ Also I still have a problem to enable Menu Background color, it stays in white always after saving change and deleting old css from cache, Font Menu colors can be changed with success, but not the background stay in white same as menu lines.

The problem the previous reply does not help me… On front page, only the author first name is displayed… and the link points on /author url with 404. In search page, under Page Builder, the author name link is ok and point on: /author/author-slug. Besides this, to enable picture of author a plugin seems to be required. I don’t see anything related to this in manual. Unless I did miss this part.
By the fact of asking a question for help, as I did already check the manuel, I really don’t expect an answer telling me to go back to manual and videos as far I ask a specific question and need a specific answer. Anyway thanks again for you HELP.
For Menu background, I did try changing color several times, the Menu background stays in white and does not take the black color for instance, same for lines background. Menu Fonts are working.
Menu does’nt display on Iphone. On ipad is fine… Mega menu don’t work on Ipad.
With Content buider author links provided by your code are working well => /author/author-slug/ – On front page with lastest posts the author’s link => author_url+404.
Also in post page, the author page dispaly the name of author +Bio if filled… But the author’name doas not have a link to author’s posts (in case of single page)

Still got wrong authors page link in archives category (leads to author_url+404).
Problems solved for me: Menu Background colors and Menu Lines are working now with your update.
Sorry author links are working with when using Content builder but not when enable other layout like latest post (in reading)

Hi, You can activate author section using Theme Setting > Blog
As you mention. (It was enable already) I did re-enable author in Settings. But on front pages, just the first name displays, and when I click on link I get 404 on author (leads to author .php). For avatar picture I had to use a plugin to get the author’s picture displaying. Thanks for your reply and help
Did you add author last name in Wordpress setting?
Also please try to switch to default permalink setting.
Yes I did Have First and Last Name for author. Works fine on all themes except this one. Permalinks are set /category/postname/.
In your code some script only calls “firstname” (template-blog-1.php line 182 and template-blog-1 -search.php – line 67). And for some other reasons (coding) on some other pages templates the author links (firsname) => author_url + 404. Except if I use Content Buider than the links are going to /author/author-slug and bring to destination = author post page.
Concerning author page.. I did’nt find anything on manual, spending a fair lot of time reading and reading again and watching videos. So please I would like to solve those issues. Thanks

Did you create a custom sidebar using Theme Setting > Sidebar them assign widgets to the sidebar using Appearance > Widgets?

Questions:
1/ In CSS where do you change texte align for post. I would like to Justify « post texts » ? I did try to find it in screen.css (post_wrapper_inner) but did’nt find it.
2/ For menu, can’t get color background change.
3/ In your Docs, you mention getting a secondary menu ? But I don’t see the possibility in “admin Menu” to create another menu
4/ For ipad, the theme don’t work really good. Got blank pages.

Yes you can edit theme po file in /language folder to change that.
You need an application name “PoEdit” and you can download it for FREE here http://www.poedit.net/.
Once you download and install it. Open file /languages/en_US.po with PoEdit then translate it to yours. You will need to upload all files in /languages folder to your server once you finished translate.
I did not find the text BREAKING in the /languages/en_US.po file, i translated the rest of the file, but that line was not there.
Did you try to press “update” button in POedit app?
