We agree with Bigspecialk about the red comment tag. Would rather that be removable.
Hello, I have a few pre sale questions.
1. I see that the Breaking news line can be removed, but can the search function be added either in a sidebar, footer, or category section?
2. Can the red comment tag be removed from the pictures on each story on the homepage?

1. Yes you can add search box to page sidebar but it doesn’t support AJAX instant search.
2. It will be removed if you disable comment on your Wordpress setting.
1. Can I place the search box in the footer area and still keep the AJAX instant search? Any other place I can place it and keep the integrity of the feature. 2. Can I just disable it on the preview picture but still allow visitors to leave comments on the article page.

It’s hard to declare it’s as SEO optimised because there are so many different ways to optimise SEO. As I can tell you, the theme is coded in well standard with post title, header tag so it should be good for SEO.

Purchased theme yesterday. Everything is as good as advertised. Just need help on a few items:
1.Can we change the breaking wording to latest? 2.Also, on our breaking feed, the search box is showing up above the ticker instead of at the end as in demo…any ideas? 3.We really need the top ad banner to be inside the “black” header instead of above with white background (looks too disjointed).

1. You need an application name “PoEdit” and you can download it for FREE here http://www.poedit.net/.
Once you download and install it. Open file /languages/en_US.po with PoEdit then translate it to yours. You will need to upload all files in /languages folder to your server once you finished translate.

Using the text box always brings an error message. Working fine in posts and pages. Please let us know if you receive enough requests about banner in header…would look really sharp.

1. For post title header you can change it using Theme Setting > Typography.
2. For post content font name. Sorry it couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that.

Also, when you go to the site, you will see an empty space between the flash banner and the “latest news” below. How do I fix that? The site is joy105.com

I recommend image at 1024px resolutions.
When deactivating the Breaking News bar at the top the Search bar also disappears. Is there a way to have the Search bar active without the Breaking News bar?
Currently due to theme design layout. Search bar and breaking bar have to display together otherwise theme header will look blank and not nice. But I will look for the better solution.

I have one big issue though. For some reason the Review Plugin is not working as advertised. Do you have any idea what could be wrong here?

If you are new to WordPress and have problems with setting up the theme you might want to import the dummy content file (Venus_sample_content.xml) that comes with the theme. You can import this file by clicking Tools > Import > Wordpress. The theme will then import some dummy posts and pages from the live preview. However you will still need to set some options on your own ex. main menu and theme settings.

Hi, can’t seem to get a sidebar to show on a posts page. Have created a post, selected “Single Post Sidebar” from Post Options. In Appearance, Widgets have added widgets to the Single Post Sidebar.
Is anything else needed? I can’t seem to find a post on your demo either that has a sidebar?
