Hello,
I have just purchased this theme in the premise of having something that actually works and performs well. However when I create a VIDEO type post the video is simply not embedded. I’m putting the right code in it, checked in firebug:nothing there just the play icon on which I do click it simply modifies the div parameters below, but NO VIDEO GETS EMBEDED.
Please help me with this one asap, provide me with some use cases and resolutions on this issue because I need to get this theme work and not to get disappointed immediately. This theme is way expensive to have such issues.

Thanks for your purchase, it’s very easy to translate Valenti into any language without having to edit files of the theme (that is bad, because you will lose the changes when you update the theme), simply follow the steps explained in the documentation, which can also be seen online here: http://docs.cubellthemes.com/valenti/#!/translation

I wonder also why the title on the home page is not displayed, the post titles in the works normally, but the home page does not show the title, is showing the url of the site!

Thanks for dropping by, it’s great to hear you’re enjoying it.
I did consider that, but because some users may want to use the module titles in a special way (they have two categories in a module, so they call it “Something and Something2”, a hard-coded link would be inflexible.
The easy solution is to add a link with HTML manually (as it’s a homepage, you’ll likely set it up once and leave it there) in the titles and you have the freedom to do what you like, and it’s as easy as entering this:<a href="http://category-url">Your Category Name</a>

I think I found a bug in dropcap shortcode. There’s a css class “dropcap” no matter whether I choose small or big version. Shouldn’t be cb-dropcap-big or cb-dropcap-small?
Also I have a question. In old layout I had custom post type. Is there any way to import them to this layout? I tried add name of my old post type in theme options but didn’t work, so I copied some code from old layout functions.php to Valenti. Unfortunately layout doesn’t fully support them (My site is http://recenzator.pl and the custom post type is in menu as “Nowo?ci”).
And last question. Is there any way to display slider with custom post type in the middle of any blog style homepage? For example between third and fourth post?

1- Could you open up a ticket at http://cubell.ticksy.com and share the exact URL where this is happening to take a look at the CSS outputted.
2- Could you hover your mouse over the custom post type menu item and take a screenshot of that moment and attach it in that ticket too?
3- So you mean to have a blog style homepage with a grid (as you have it) and also add a slider in the middle of the posts list? If so, unfortunately this isn’t possible in blog style, and the closest way to achieve that is to build your own homepage using the pagebuilder.

A new questions! When i look your theme on mobile, I don’t see the category “Features ” nor “videogames” in the menu navigation on the right menu. So whichcategory of the main navigation megamenu will appear in the menu for mobile.

Ah, that is because you create separate menus in Appearance -> Menus, and set one for the main navigation menu, and one for the mobile menu (although you can set the same menu to both of them too, if you wanted to). This is for extra freedom when deciding what to show in the menu to your mobile users.
And I simply created a separate menu to be applied to the mobile menu to just show those menu items, but if I wanted to, I could set it to show the same menu as the main navigation menu, or add/remove more items to that one

Hi. Really like the look of this theme, but had a couple of questions.
All this lovely use of posts etc on the front page… can they be products? We watched your video of you working on the dashboard, and it showed we could add posts/categories to the grid layouts on the home page, but can we easily have them as products (shop products & categories) rather than posts?

WooCommerce provides multiple shortcodes to output lists of products (can be seen here: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ ) and the Valenti pagebuilder has a special module called “Custom Code” where you can add it and paste any type of special code, including shortcodes, so you can easily list products amongst other post modules. Hello… I want make some critics. I have bought this this theme but while i realized it is not customable enough. After seeing the themes newspaper and anivia the are full customizable with page builder. Thing i think improvements have be implemented is this theme are :
1. In page builder in every module and also widgets must have category order type: Latest, Popular, Random. So you can customize all content .
So there is no need to make extra popular posts widget or latest widget in one widget you will get all things !!
Date order : ascending/ descending
- show/disable : next/ before pagination , load more with ajax selection.
For example : i want to add latest post row at the end in the page builder .. there is no such thing.. etc. etc.
2. Page width customization . There must be a selection about page sizes . Because the moduls are so big . The site look so big with few content on the rows.
3. Flexible Modules and page builder. They are looking so big . forexample I want place 4 boxes instead of three in a row . Or user can decide how many blocks in a row. Summary responsive modules.
Otherwise the theme is nice looking theme but when i customized my front page ( lifestyle blog) i cant make the page in my mind beacuse limited customization. If you can improve this features i think it will sell a lot…

Hello, i see your wonderful theme and I had some questions before to buy it
1- Could we have 5 columns in the megamenu standard and how many lines in the mégamenu (I have 1 category with 5 subcategories one by continent, and sub cat are countries)
2- All my photos are 600×400 size in my blog (put in this size before to put in WP), could it be used with your theme, I know not the wild size but in post would it be ok?
3- Could I change easilu the color of the main bar menu (not only when it is hightligt ) but change the black to something lighter

Thanks very much for the interest
1- Are you talking about the Text megamenu, the one that “Features” uses in the demo? Or the one used in “Lifestyle”? In the text one, you can only use 4 columns, and you can make them as long as you want (but try not to make it too long as some screens aren’t that tall), and the Lifestyle megamenu one you can have as many sub-menu items as you want too.
2- The standard featured image style ( http://valenti.cubellthemes.com/videogames/cras-sed-metus-neque-sit-amet/ ) is 750px wide, but your images would be automatically stretched out to fit that width, so they might look slightly pixelated, but apart from that it’ll be fine. I recommend you use 750px+ width images from now on to ensure no pixelation at all.
3- Do you mean the background color of the entire navigation menu? The theme provides two styles, light/dark (using the “Demo Style” tool you can preview both styles in the menu live), but you could easily make it a specific color with a single line of CSS that I can help you with.

1- Ah in that case it has to be 4 columns, the theme is responsive and any more columns look too sqaushed on a smaller screen and anything less than 3 columns looks empty on big screens (and if you need less, it’s probably more appropriate to just use the standard dropdown), so 4 columns was the perfect number.
3- In that case, all you need to do is add this code to your Theme Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS:
#cb-nav-bar {background-color: #222222!important ; }
and change the #222222 to your desired color.

It is possible, it’s just that you need to add css code to the Custom CSS box, it’s actually very easy to do though, for 5 columns you would add this code:
#cb-nav-bar #cb-main-menu .main-nav li .cb-mega-menu .cb-sub-menu li { width: 20%; }
And then when you create your text megamenu, it will be 5 columns, I tested it on my local demo site and actually looks pretty good, even on a small screen

That isn’t a theme bug, it’s actually a Google Font + Chrome Browser conflict bug, and it happens when you have the Google Font installed on your local computer. The quickest solution is to uninstall Oswald (the font used there) from your computer and it will be fine, you can read more on this here: https://code.google.com/p/googlefontdirectory/issues/detail?id=152

Thanks for the interest, that plugin is a premium plugin so I don’t have access to it to be able to test it, but if it is coded properly, it should work fine. If it provides a shortcode, then you could easily add it to the homepage using the Valenti drag & drop pagebuilder by pasting it into a “Custom Code” module that you add somewhere on the homepage.
And if you run into any serious errors (doesn’t work at all), then you can open up a ticket at http://cubell.ticksy.com and if it turns out to be a theme problem, I will do my best to help you.

I’m considering buy the theme cause i love it, but I have some questions about it…
1. In the home page I want to show only the featured images and a list of latest posts. So I need to know if it’s possible to add a infinite scroll plugin to show all the posts in the same page.
2. It’s possible to show in the list of latest post only the image and the title like in the featured images? I mean, I don’t want to show the begin of the post.
3. Could I place a vertical menu plugin and quit the horizontal at the top of the page?

1- So you mean you want to have a “Blog style” homepage? If so, you have the option to have a grid/slider at the top and a list of posts using one of the four blog styles, this is what a homepage with blog style option A + grid of 4 looks like: http://valenti.cubellthemes.com/home-blog-style/ there isn’t an option to have infinite scroll yet, but I plan to look into it and hopefully add the option in a future update. But until I actually am able to do it, I can’t promise anything yet!
2- Yes, using any of the blog styles, you can add a single line of code to the Theme Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS box and you can do that. I can help you with the code needed for that.
3- This one i’m not sure. You can definitely turn off the main navigation menu (simply don’t set one for it in the Appearance -> Menus), but to add a vertical menu, it really depends how the plugin works or how good it is, because that sounds like a big change to the site and without testing the plugin, I have no idea how it would work.
