I love your theme! I have a couple of pre-purchase questions.
1. Can the header and footer color be changed in the theme settings or does that require modifying the css? I’d prefer white or a light color as opposed to black.
2. Does this theme feature Facebook commenting?

1. Sure you can change color using theme admin panel.
2. Theme by default support standard Wordpress comment system but you can use plugin to make it support Facebook comment.

Hello. Everything was working fine until I saw that the frontage was missing modules on live site. www.ramonaonair.com has gaps where the content builder ”Columns Blog” module should be. Same problem for the filterable blog module on the frontage.
Also, my sub menu does not update color I choose for font. Please help!

It displays correctly on my end. I used the latest version of Chrome. May be try to clear browser cache or disable all browser’s plugins.
Great theme! can you have more than one menu on the home page? what menu positions are available?

Currently you can have 1 menu location under the logo and it uses standard Wordpress custom menu system.
For some reason there is a issue with the slider still. The slider decided not to take the featured image that we set up to be pretty high but instead it resizes it or something giving us a very low quality image in the slider.
Do you have any idea what could be the cause here and how can we fix it so that the featured image is accessible by these sliders? Also we have an automated post plugin and it seems to do the same thing. it does not take the full size of the featured image.
Automated post plugin referring to the one submitting to Tumblr automatically but the image is very poor.

Yes it’s standard Wordpress function that created many different image size so you don’t have to use high-res image for small image area and it improves load time.
You can use this plugin to improve image quality http://wordpress.org/plugins/sharpen-resized-images/
Then after activate above plugin run this plugin. http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/Yeah I was told the Wordpress update is the cause here. Thanks.

I haven’t tested with contact form 7 yet. The functional should be working fine but you might have to edit theme code to make it displays beautifully with theme.
I know the question here might not be answered as you might have not tested this but do you know if the theme works with the Grunt Task Runner / Uncss task for Automating The Removal Of Unused CSS. This is just something I am trying to do to improve website speed and not sure if running the task will mess up the theme or not.

I too would like to disconnect the red comment bar on the homepage posts without having to stop readers from commenting. It is a bit obtrusive.
I am ready to buy but one item that really brought back some negative comments from our team.

Hi, we have purchased the Venus template and do not understand why is “latest news is not being displayed like on the demo version and more importantly when cannot display more then 1 post on the landing page of the blog. You can also change your homepage content to a page. From your admin sidebar Settings > Reading > Front page displays select “A static page (select below)” and select a page you want to use as homepage.
Since this option works with any default Wordpress pages. So you can create a page using “Content Builder”, shortcode or any HTML too.

For example, in case we want to change the BREAKING function name to any other language? How can we do?
In case we want to change the text “LATEST NEWS” to any other language?
Also months names, trending text on the home page, LATEST FROM SCIENCE text…

Where can we change all that? Because if that is not possible so the theme is not multi-language compatible.

When you open po file translation in POedit app. Did you click “Update” button?
Yes we did, but on the home page, the buttons “read full history”, “comment” over the posts, months showed on the posts on the home page, still all in english. Where can we change that? Where is located for example the list of months on WP to translate? Thanks a lot!

hi, great theme. However, I’m running into a couple of challenges. First, how do I reduce the size of the main post photo? I tried using firebug and I was able to locate the single post template in the editor, however, it gave me no option to reduce the photo. It’s currently set at 750px according to firebug inspect and I would like to reduce it to 225px. Where is the file located to change this? Also a couple other things. 1. the parallelex image uploader is not uploading photos. 2. color theme changes aren’t showing up on Mozilla browser. 3. Content builder often doesn’t save changes. If there are any third party plugins that cause any of these problems, let me know. Thanks for your help!

1. You have to edit to main CSS file in /css/screen.css
2. Provide URL of your site please.
3. Please check. There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins
