Hello, On my website the slide show (Bellow the main menu bar) does not size proportionately with the website. As the website window gets larger the slides in the slide show get even more larger then the site cutting off the bottom 1/4 of the slides. I sent you an email and have not heard back from you. Please let me know how I can fix it.

Menù on mobile device don’t work…
I bought this template, but unfortunately it does not work at all and I’m sorry! You can not sell a product that does not work … In fact, installing the template on joomla 3.2.2 and then updating the plugin helix, the menu does not work well on mobile devices … it is a responsive template should work. I have no words for this problem! At least you could kindly help me to solve? thanks

Hi, I have just installed the template and got it up and running without much bother. Then I went to the template manager and looked at changing a few of the defaults. The first change I made was to change the copyright text. When I refreshed the home page all I got was a ‘Parse Error: Unclosed Block’. I went and changed back the text to the original copyright notice but I still get the error.
I uninstalled the theme, and re-installed it again, made the same change and had exactly the same result. I am operating on localhost at the moment so I can’t give you a url but if you can tell me where I can find the relevant log I could let you have that. Thanks, Paul.
Just uninstalled again. Did the re-install, site worked, changed the logo type from image to text, got the same parse error again.

This template version is 3.0 + so please make sure your joomla version..if it is older version so please try to migrate or update.

I have also just tried doing a quick start install into a different directory. When I browse localhost I get the content but all the formatting and images etc are missing. When I check the image path I see it is localhost/localhost/localhost/media…... etc.
The administrator login page is completely blank too.
Please help, I bought this template to save me time, I’ve spent almost a day on this and I am no closer to having a working site.
