I am having an issue with single product image. It will not load in a lightbox. I have clicked the checkbox under the woocommerce settings and have not had any luck with either option. (on/off). Also, all of my Category Images got removed when I updraded woocommerce and the theme.

I’ve used your CSS snippet to get my Title center-aligned in all of my page Header Images and it works great. However, it does not center the Title on my blog page Header image. Is their a CSS snippet just to align the Title on the blog page?

A page header with BG image is the same markup on every page so I wouldn’t be able to say why the mod isn’t working only on the blog page without seeing it unfortunately. Perhaps you could put this on the backburner until you’re ready to stage the site?

The rel=auth is set up on the links to the author pages. However, there is then no link with rel=me tag on those author pages linked to the Google+ accounts… ???

I just looked at the source and searched… there is a rel auth link pointing straight to the Google+ profile in the head of each post. Have tried the Google rich snippets testing tool and seems to work fine. Thanks.

I have just one other question.
I have set in the header some anchor links such as www.website.com/# or www.website.com/#section1 which are linked to tags in the page.
But when I am on the home page: www.website.com all the links in the header are highlighted as if I was on all the pages. Obviously I would like to highlight only the link of the current div in which I am navigating…
Do you know if there is a way in the theme to perform that?
If this is really too complicated, maybe it is easier to only highlight the last link which was used?

I have tried to add this code either in the Salient general settings or directly in the custom css code of the page but it did not have any effect…

Should I add this code in some other place? Or do you have an idea why it does not work?

1. Are you referring to the Home Page specifically? If so, there’s no open graph data set for an image.
2. Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel:

MuertePictures, I don’t get to answer tickets as much on weekends as I do on weekdays – I’ve been working tickets on average for 4 hours a day on recent weekends. However, weekdays get a full 9+ hours a day from me and I’m still going right now as we speak at 4am my time. There’s no tickets currently showing in my queue with a wait time over 48 hours right now, so please share your ticket ID if that’s the case. I’m sorry you were unaware of the massive volume of tickets that come into the forum compared to here & that I take half days on weekends, but since more than half of all tickets are public you can still easily confirm what I’ve said is accurate.

Thanks for all your hard work. The theme looks fantastic. One issue though:
The site (http://tendonperformance.com/) is not showing correctly (and loading very slowly) when viewed on an android smartphone through the google chrome app. It’s strange as opera for android handles the site perfectly well. It’s just chrome.
The menu button is not functional, a few sections are not visible and it has trouble loading.
Hopefully there is a way to amend – it looks fantastic in every other browser and especially on desktop.

I love your theme, bought it at work and its working great, except for one issue. In my portfolio, I create a Custom Thumbnail Image and it comes out pixelated. For example, my wikipedia cover photo is very low quality.

I upload my images at 305×205px, but thats because my website is in 960px, but i dont think that could be the problem?

I have a few questions related to the space between the rows on a page and also columns (custom layout)
1. I have set up a few rows with content for the about page. Added padding both from top and bottom to exual 0. but the rows do not combine, there is still space between the rows. You will see this here: http://www.mmevelo.com/o-nas/
2. There is too little space for text, when I set the custom layout of the columns to 3/4 + 1/4 . so I set it up for 4/6 + 2/6. but something is wrong, because the image appears to be bigger than on the 3/4 + 1/4 lauout row. and the text from left is disappearing. It is on the same page (the link is above)
3.Nectar Slider. it is still problematic. The slider does not fit properly, some portions of it are being cut, how to know which part of the slider attached is going to be seen on the page? It is somehow important, as parts of the slider contain text

2. Full Width Content rows have no padding by default since they’re meant to be used in conjunction with full width elements such as slider/google maps etc. What you’re trying to do would require column padding. Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel:
.full-width-content .wpb_column {
padding-left: 20px!important;
padding-right: 20px!important;
}
3. You can choose the alignment of your background in the slide settings (top, middle, bottom) and it will always align in the center of the x axis. Also, if you’re using text in the image, I wouldn’t make it expand too much further than the content area of the site (1100px wide) and I would make the image still around 1900px wide overall. This only applies if you’re using a full width slider of course.

I’d like to add images inside the nectar slider. Following you example I added an image in the caption text box. So it does appear.
How do I get this image to scale with my slider which is in the full screen mode. On mobile devices the image remains hudge.

1. You need to make sure your image is still 1100px wide. This means if it’s a smaller image that you have centered that you need to place in a .png that wide and center it.
2. This isn’t a known issue – can you please share a page where this occurs so I can see what you mean?

1. The background 1920px wide but it its scaling is no problem. The image I have put in the caption are is 312 px wide × 938 px high. So is its height the problem here. If so what’s the maximum height? Also I want to have at least two images and text in my slider. How do I control their positioning within the slide best?

1. As I mentioned you need to keep the image at 1100 wide even if it’s a smaller width. This means centering the content inside of the image inside a 1100px wide png like this: http://i.imgur.com/XfZEvza.png use that and you’ll see the scaling is fine
2. No JS conflicts are showing on the rev slider – I would need to log in to investigate this one more.

1. It looks like you’re not on v3.0+ which is when the page builder was added. Please update your theme version to gain access to it
2. What do you mean by this exactly? Since you’re only using 3 images on a full desktop view there’s one spot missing since that’s a 4 column display. If you’re using that little of projects you could always get away with the recent projects element.

We just need Nectar slider then under Mansory portfolio with 3 images, that will look ok. Now it is appering like one image is missing on screen largers than 1024 . 1. You can update by downloading a fresh copy from ThemeForest, deleting the current version you have on your server and uploading the new. I recommend using FTP, but you can use the WP dashboard if you prefer. You won’t lose any of your content or theme settings so don’t worry about that if you were

so I’ve made the header transparent but there seems to be a black gap if i was to put a header image and when scrolling it disappears obviously,,, it just doesnt look right if the header is transparent. is there a way i could remove the gap or make the header image start at the same top as the header’s? thanks

Hi, I’d like to give a nested row (row inside a row) a background color.
I have put a class name in the extra class name on that nested row, but it is not getting the css from the custom css box on that same page.
If I use it on any other element on the same page it works fine.
Any ideas?

Hi, great theme! My wife has used this for her photography site for a while now and she loves it. I’ve updated to the latest version and her portfolio no longer shows any content. If I revert back to a previous version 3.5 then the portfolio works as before. Am I doing something wrong?
Think I’ve fixed it, I had normally left the portfolio page in wordpress blank (no short code) and then the settings from within Salient sorted out how I wanted the portfolio to display e.g full width, sorted etc.
I’ve now added a short code to the portfolio page which has those options and it now works.
P.S I had to turn the sortable flag to “false” in the short code and then enable the page template to be a “portfolio” with the sorting option enabled there.

Otherwise the category drop down was displayed twice, the one using the short code was too far down the page.
