Is there a way to add custom fonts to list in Theme Options? For example, I’d like to add Myriad Pro. By the way, could I somehow use fonts that support cyrillic characters? And one else: I’ve missed Slider Settings in Theme Options. There are some Service Areas instead (by the way, what’s this?). 1) yes you can add more fonts by replacing current font file in “dictate/framework/resource/default_fonts” with the file containing your desired fonts. 2)There is a Shortcode in Our Theme named Service Areas , The section in theme options(service areas) is there for the Data entry. To make the carousel auto slide, you need to go to dictate/js/script.js in this file a function with the name “slider5”. In this function put the value for the interval from False to True and you will start seeing it rolling. Thanks for asking us for help.

I am almost finished with my site and thank you sooooo much for your great support. I have run into issues with Chrome and Safari. In Safari, the height of the header image is okay, but the width is condensed. In Chrome, I have the same problem and other images on the page are condensed in both width and height (pictures are very small). My client uses Chrome, so this is a deal-breaker for them. What do you suggest?

It’s too tall. 2) How can i create a tab on sticky top menu which users won’t be able to click and actually go to that page but only when they hover with mouse over that tab, i want it to show dropdown menu which users can click? 3) I want to use shortcode of social buttons plugin but before i can use this shortcode, i first need to add some piece of code tho the template. First of all thanks for purchasing our theme and contacting us for support , following are the answers of all your questions 1) How to decrease the height of th sticky top menu ? you can set up “top-margine” , “height” and “width” for the logo from “theme options > Generel Settings > Choose Header Style ” . But for the menu there is fix top-margine in style sheet if you want to decrease it you have to customise it in yuor theme files “dictate/style.css” -> line # 1373 (margin-top:58px;)

Our theme does not support footer menu in current version , we are going to give another widget for pages (In Next Version) in which you have to include page instead of excluding them. Note : Our Next Version will be released whithin 24 hours.It became an article instead of a comment

If you have some knowledge of css then, it should not be a problem for you just need to follow the following simple steps: go to style.css find the class ”#slider1 .overview li” , you will see this:
slider1 .overview li {
margin-right: 30px; width: 268px; }
reduce the width to “168px” approximate, and you will see six images at a time , now you will also need to make changes in other things as well to make it look better, also its responsive will also need to be changed.
For solving the single-dict_team.php issue, please download the latest version and copy and paste this file from the latest version in your theme. This will be resolved. If you feel any problem in doing all this please join our Support Forum and we will do it ourselves. Thanks

The issue I am having is with the native wordpress gallery that I inserted in the footer widgets. When you hover the mouse over, some kind of blue lines appear to animate from the top left corner and it won’t allow to click and view the image in a lightbox window. I noticed however that if I click pretty quick, before that animation, then the lightbox opens up. What is causing that and how can it be fixed?

Look at the footer widgets, the second one is “FROM OUR GALLERY”
It looks that you have added some styling to this short code, in order to make it look good you should remove the borders that you have defined in the following class:
gallery-1 img {
border: 2px solid #CFCFCF; }
Remove this class, and your problem will be solved. The second thing you can do is if you want to keep the borders as well , you need to add the box-sizing property with this class, in this way:
gallery-1 img {
border: 2px solid #CFCFCF;
-webkit-box-sizing:border-box; -moz-box-sizing:border-box; -ms-box-sizing:border-box; -o-box-sizing:border-box; box-sizing:border-box;

that didn’t really help. The styling you are refering to is inserted by wordpress with the gallery shortcode. at this point I’ll just leave it as it is. The animation is inherited from somewhere and I am not sure where but I’ve only seen this happening with your theme.

I have an issue and a question with the timetable.
Issue: I have accidentally added 1 team member for Sunday and now I can not delete this record. When I click delete the accordion item disappears, however as soon as I click Save Changes the Section 1 appears again. Then on the front end, the doctor’s name appears on Sunday.
Question: I would like to setup something to where on the days the clinic is closed, it will display a custom message. Something like “We are closed. Please use the contact form to send us a message and we will get back to you the next business day”, or something to that effect. I’ve seen your timetable shortcode and I am confident in modifying it, thought it would be nice if you can give me some guidance.

I think just fifured out on why I can’t delete. There seem to be a file reference timetable.js at /wp-content/themes/dictate/framework/resource/css/timetable.js that is missing.

This is because of the container class, when you use any element through Visual composer, you have to put the container class to true. Click edit on the concerned row and there is a container dropdown, you have to select True, also the Demo pictures does not appear normally as the pictures have to be used by you. The photo is visible on the Our Team Carousel widget and when I click on that it loads the single page but the slider with the photo is missing. I have created my home page like your demo. However to have the first 3 columns (e.g in demo site – Heart and Vascular Care, Cardiac Arrhtymia Program), they have to be created as a service. I have used that create an Admin Department to use that for Website Promo but can’t unlink them from Services section. In the Services Page, can we display things based on the department rather than displaying everything?
How can that be filtered?
Yes you can do that easily through its short code which you created through Visual Composer. the options for changing category and linking or unlinking are given there.
