Can the parallax scroll be disabled all together?

Hello. I just bought this theme and I cannot get my logo to show. I see lots of other post about this very thing on here, Why is visibility set to hidden? It’s also why down from the top. I can turn off those settings in Chrome’s Inspect Element and I can see it fine.

Before you tell me to post this on the ticksy site, I just want to say that I cannot got on there. The pages won’t load on that site. Can’t register or anything. Any help is much appreciated.

On my homepage in between the logo and the layer slider, there’s a grey space that I can’t figure out how to get rid of.

When I look at your demo site, there’s no grey space in between the logo and the layer slider. But mine has this grey space and it’s annoying me because I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. Any help appreciated.

Love the theme! I’m not sure if you are aware that the shortcode generator in version 1.1 does not work in Google Chrome version 33.0.1750.146 m. Please check it out. Maybe it’s just me. Thx

I’m having an issue with my contact page, it doesn’t load correctly…

When I click on the contact button on the menu, the site fades out but doesn’t fade in the contents of the contact page. I have to click the contact button again for it to load, also, once it loads, I have to refresh it once again because the contact form won’t load either.

When transferring my site to an online server my parallax stop working. Is this common??

There are so many problem with the template! I’ve submitted 2 tickets already, but nothing works like your demo is displayed, I’m finding problem after problem, this should be made to be downloaded if it doesn;t work as advertised. Will probably have to revert back to my old theme:

1. Try to upload logo – this doesn’t work and is blank 2. Scroll doesn’t even work – how did this happen!? 3. Google map doesn’t show up on contact page 4. Can’t choose shortcodes if you scroll down list!

I don’t expect to have to contact support unless I don’t know how to do something.

Hello. First of all, your theme is great. I just wanted to know if I can update the plugins LayerSlider and VisualComposer, or the only way I can get these updates is when you update the theme itself. Thank you!

Hello having problems using shortcodes in visual composer! When i scroll down list in shortcodes list, it goes back to the top of the list!

I’ve been digging through the comments, and haven’t been able to find this particular issue quite yet:

Several of my portfolio pages feature Vimeo videos, but when viewed in the portfolio page, there is no visual cue that they are playable videos and not just another image. This is alright for videos that are hosted on my Vimeo account – I can just upload a thumbnail with a ‘play button’ overlay on Vimeo directly – but when I try to feature videos hosted by clients, I am stuck with whatever thumbnail preview is already there.

I’d really just like to figure out a way to make it clear, when viewing a portfolio item, that a particular gallery item is in fact a playable video.

I’m having a problem with the visual composer. It’s worked fine up until now, but now only shows a small part of the content for my home page. All other pages work fine, but the home page now looks like this.

I’ve tried clearing my browsing history/cache, resetting my computer etc, but the problem remains.

Any help is much appreciated, and thanks for an otherwise great theme.

N.b. it might be helpful to note that hidden behind the ‘custom layout’ hover section at the top left of the row, there is a loading gif with the text ‘loading, please wait…’.

Hi Qode I need to change the viewing size where the mobile menu kicks in, can you point me in the right direction where I might find this to change it?

Obviously its a CSS function but what would I need to alter to affect this change.

I’m looking for the file “LayerSlider.json” and the file XML located in theme ZIP file downloaded from ThemeForest, in order to import content from your web site and learn the best practice of using RIVER theme. But in my folder ZIP there are not these files… Can I help me? Thanks so much
