Super theme. Love it. Just one question: When I pull up the theme on my Galaxy 4 and press a menu item, the menu still stays on…just the bottom half of the phone shows the requested page. Is there a way to have the menu disappear after is has been pressed?
Hi, Thanks for the nice words. Please load the url directly in your galaxy 4 http://resumex.themebucket.net . Cause our preview system had a small issue when it loaded the URL inside an iframe.
Also, the main navigation is a 80px sticky panel that always stays on top, so I think altering that policy might not be feasible at this moment

If you want to add it in the front-page (the main one page template with sections), not at this moment. But if you want to add it in a page, sure of course

Template crashes Chrome and Safari on the iPad

We just checked with direct URL and it’s totally ok here.
it still crashes but not initially. It will load but if you swipe down with your finger through the experience and education sections – it crashes on Chrome but is ok in Safari. I guess it is ok since majority of users will be Safari on the iPad but that you should know.

A few comments/requests… In the Skills section: I am trying to use “Event Management” but it is to long for the box and %. Is there any way to have Event above Management?
Similar complication in the Experience section: I am trying to use “62,158” that number is to larger for the circle. Can the font size be changed?
Portfolio Section: Instead of only being able to show one portfolio. Being able to have multiple portfolios in this area with a featured image and a lightbox type arrows to scroll through each album. Secondly, is there a way to decrease the size of the “white area” (left to right) that is provided for the description?
In the footer area, is there a way to remove flicker images completely and also the “latest comments”. I noticed a bug with the latest comments area, I’ve deleted all of the pages/posts/comments yet there is still a comment in this area. No biggie if I can delete these…
Lastly, for some reason Social Connect is appearing below my footer. I’ve turned it off and back on again but it didn’t fix it. Any thoughts?
Other than these little things this theme is FANTASTIC!!! I am looking forward to a few updates… Thanks again!

As the area is small, so the texts are limited to be displayed like that. However, you can modify the font size in the css/style.css file. To do that, you need to follow these steps
1. In functions.php line number 171, you can see that css/style.min.css is being loaded. Change it to style.css 2. Now open css/style.css file and in line # 325 you can see the .skill label { ... } block. You can change font size and other properties from there

In csss/style.css you can change in line # you can see .text-title { … } block where you can modify the font properties for experince circle section.

At this moment, no, but we are planning on this. A few others have requested multiple images and video in this section. Hopefully we will be able to comeup with something very soon. I will keep you posted.

Footer area is fully widgetized and there are three widget areas “Footer Left”, “Footer Middle” and “Footer Right” which you can find and customize in your WordPress admin panel >Appearence>Widgets section. Feel free to do whatever you’d like to

You can change the order of these sections and how they will apear (which one first, which one last etc) from the ResumeX settings->Global management section. You can drag the orders of these sections by dragging the arrows shown beside each section’s name. So feel free to modify as you want

I just downloaded the theme and I really like it so far. I just have a few questions:
1. Is if possible to remove the font below the menu in an individual blog post? The part on the demo that says BLOG and below that, PROFESSIONAL RESUME TEMPLATE FROM THEMEBUCKET? I believe this heading also shows on pages.
2. How do we update the theme? I downloaded the most recent file on Themeforest and it is version 1.0.

Hi, This text is coming from the general settings. You can change it from the admin panel. Click on settings->general menu in the wordpress admin panel and change the description field.
I forgot to change the number 1.0 to 1.1 in the theme itself. But don’t worry – if you had downloaded it from the Downloaded area, it’s always the latest one. To be more sure, you can see Google Fonts section in ResumeX Settings->Global Management area, it’s the latest version

I already removed the text in the settings->general menu, and there’s just a floating colored square where the text used to be. I’m sure I can play around with the files and find a way to remove it, I was just curious if there was any functionality in the theme settings to do so.
As for the theme version, you are correct, I have the right one.

Looked at your live demo of this theme nad thought it was great!
But Will I be able to make an almost exact copy of the live demo(except for the assets etc) without code, just by wordpress drag n drop?

Yeah, and you don’t even need to drag-n-drop. We have exported the demo data and added the xml file with it. You can simple import that file. And other settings comes as default with the admin panel. So no problem in that.
However, if you need further assistance in setting this up, we may help too

The portfolio item is cropped with an aspect ratio of 1200:800. So you can upload any image maintaining this aspect ratio.

Beautiful design elements. You may consider next time in making this a one-page or multi-page layout corporate design with the gray menu bar fixed at the top – I’m guessing you’d really clean-up with all these beautiful elements incorporated into a business theme. Just a thought – beautiful as it stands though – this should do well by itself anyway.
