1. In ”/themes/truemag/header-navigation.php” go to about line 65 and cut from line 65 – 131 and paste to line 6. (Make sure you move the right block…)
2. Also in ”/themes/truemag/header-navigation.php” search and replace text “search-toggle” by “search-toggle toggled”

TrueMAG does not provide a sticky menu, but we included MashMenu plugin in download package. It’s a sticky, mega menu plugin, you could try it.
Alternatively, it is required to use a lot of custom CSS to make menu sticky without using MashMenu
If you go see this link http://parlimenlenggong.com/category/video/parlimen/ it shows that one row only fit 4, but in the listing, there is 5 per row. therefore 4 and 1. i want the width of the video listing to use full width. then i want all my video listed in here. no matter how much video there is. until now i was not able to do so. please tell me what i need to change in the settings.

1. To make category be fullwidth, you need to go to Theme options > Blog > set “Blog layout” to FullWidth
2. Video listing only has 4 item per row
3. If you want to increase displayed items in listing page, you should go to Wordpress settings > Reading > increase “Blog pages show at most” number (Ex: 40)
hi. the problem with increasing the blog page show at most to a higher number is it affect the blog itself. now i have two type of blog. video and also the normal blog. i just want to increase the number of video listing per page, not the normal blog. how can i change it independently?

3. ‘def’ means default (will use theme option value), other values are: ‘full_width’ and ‘inbox’

hey, how are you? i want to start of with congratulating you on this theme! this is one of the best themes i have ever seen! but i only have one problem. i went to the Theme Options tab and the was an option that said “Auto Load Next Video” i turned it off, but it still load the next video. how can i make it stop Auto Loading The Next Video? thank you very much for the help!

Some problems: 1) “Theme Options > Category > Item Count” is overwritten by the rules of Reading number on wp settings, so if a choose 999 on Categoy Item count but i have 20 on reading it show only 20, possible bug?
2) I can’t figure out, i try hard, but i can’t find a way to set the home page to show only last videos with thumbnail (see point 3) view count (if possible on the image itself like “eye image 12345”) and title, nor smartbox or grid help me, i got oversized text/image and no option to add the view count.
3) The thumbnail are all of different size, there are some problem with the pagination or is a common bug? With detube all the thumbs was of the same size.
Sorry for my bad english hope you understand what i try to say.

1. Items count is number of items on top-carousel, not number of posts in category listing
3. If you use truemag with old site, you should regenerate all thumbnails (with plugin, ex. Regenerate Thumbnails). In addition, some video doesn’t provide big thumbnail image, you need to upload your own image to get best result

2. You could go to WordPress settings –> Writing Settings and select different post format in Default Post Format
3. It’s our concept for navigating post, you could change it by editing theme’s code
4. No, TrueMag doesn’t have ‘Exclude’ condition.

Is there a way to specify the content that the blog page shows? It seems to just show a mirror of my video categories.
I would like to offer videos as well as a blog (separate) – maybe an option that will allow us to select which categories that page pulls content from.

1. You can create a page and set page template to “Blog Listing”. It will display only standard posts (non-video posts)
2. You can select layout for categories when you edit a category.

I’m not sure but sample data should install those 3 widgets as well. If not, you can easily go to Appearance > Widgets and drag widgets to Footer sidebar.
The widgets used are Text Widget, Simple Twitter Tweets, Recent Posts and Text Widget with Contact Form 7 shortcode

With latest version of TrueMag, you can specify which page to be login page (choose Page Template to Login Page). If you use BuddyPress, you can set register page in BuddyPress setting page. If you do not use BuddyPress, you can use default register page of Wordpress
