Hello, I purchased the RT Theme this morning and it will not install. I get a “are you sure you want to do this? Please try again” message. I have tried to upload it zipped, unzipped, and nothing works. Please help as I am on a tight deadline.

Please use child themes to customize the theme core files. It is not a good practice to edit files inside the main theme folder as you’ll need to update the theme eventually.

To insert an icon into a header menu, you have to click into the field “css classes” (activated into the menu section “screen option) .. and after a popup appear for icon list ….
stmcan team is REALLY NOT user friendly ..... 20 min to find the way ….

1 ) Yes, There are two widget areas available for next & before of the logo area. So you can place any widget to this locations. 2) Yes, you can change the slogan text with any text and any icon you like to use. Just go to header options and change the text & icon. If you need to add more text etc. You can use a text widget to be more free.

Thats a good bit of advertising 8o). Ok, not sure which one to go for now. Can this theme be less wide…or alternatively, can I put an email address and phone number in the header section of RT-Theme?
1) No, you need to play with the css codes! Anyway it is only 100px wider than the standard 960px. It also, resize for smaller screens.
2) Yes you can add your email, phone and more together by using a text widget and shortcodes

I’ve found a small bug in the theme when using the blog page I get an error message.
on /rt-framework/functions/rt_shortcodes.php on Line 3394.
You need to replace $rt_global_post_values = $rt_get_global_post_values( $post );
With $rt_global_post_values = $rt_get_global_post_values[ $post ];
