I was too excited about releasing update that I forgot to update the documentation for skins

To use the skins just copy the text from skin file and paste it in import section of theme options and press import button. That’s it.

This is because you didn’t update the theme to new version. You just used the skin file from new version.

ah didn’t realise there was a new version. Only bought it 2 days ago. Good work

New version was released yesterday with more styling options. You can read the changelog.txt file within theme’s folder or description of theme here to see what has changed.

I did notice that I had an issue when i tried a black background style and black primary colour instead of the orange that the comments below each post was not visible due to black text. Guess I’d have to play with css to correct. Or maybe you have added style option to change comment text colour. Installing new ver now

Sorry one more point. Is there a way to make the tags etc appear being a single page post, like you do on the homepage. Just so I can keep the look and layout consistent? Thanks

Comments text is not visible because background is black and text is also black and you are using third party comments system. I have styled everything included in the theme.

Yes, you can show tags from theme options panel under Single Post Options.

1) Currently it is not fully compatible with WPML. But it is translation ready.

2) It can be translated to any language using .po and .mo files that are provided with this theme.

3) Yes, you have full control over it. You can remove it or change it from options panel. Although I appreciate if authors keep it

4) Yes, you can disable the slider from options panel. It is disabled by default. Which space you talking about?

5) Yes, you can. Suppose you have 20 posts in total then you can choose to show all 20 posts on homepage and pagination will disappear automatically.

1. I mean there are the space above the logo and the menu at the top? there is a big space nothing show in this area so i think if it is possible to remove it ??

Images are not appearing properly because you need to first regenerate the thumbnails using Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

What to do at point 1 ?

All the posts are standard posts with featured image. On the homepage the images are unequal. Some of them are normal and nice but many of them are huge (the width is OK but the height ….). How can I control this?

The featured image is shown in proper size, without that size the layout will not look good and lightbox shows the maximum size image that you uploaded.

This is because theme uses different image sizes to display the image perfectly. Theme automatically resizes the image to proper size.

Category background option works fine. From where did you upload this image? From category background button or from some other place?

I have another quick question; I’m trying to display this layout (http://demo.bloompixel.com/goblog/3-columns-grid/) for the post-category pages.

I want the home page to display like this layout (http://demo.bloompixel.com/goblog/) but the category pages to be 3 colums grid. I can’t find the settings to do this. Could you help ?

i just wrote something to show on the slider that includes the letter ?

May be the problem with the characters. Can you send me the screenshot and the characters so that I can test?

the first letter does not have the same font. you can also see the website itself: http://www.gizlen.com i put my name on the slider, and it has the same problem. i had the same issue on a different theme, and the designer added “&subset=latin,latin-ext” to the google font (http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300,400,600,700,800&subset=latin,latin-ext) and the problem was solved.

I assume you are using it only for Slider part. In your link fonts are appearing fine on my browser.

they are but not fine with my browser. one more issue: the menu items on my site are not visible on my android phone.

I’m also using Android phone and menu is completely visible. Menu is shown by pressing a button on mobile phones. Are you pressing the button?

i found the button. it was not visible, because i have a wihite background. how can i change the button color to black?

There is an option “Mobile Navigation Button Color” in styling options. You can change the color using that option.
