Hi! Love the theme! Is it possible to add a big easy to find “sound on/off” button on the video homepages (youtube, vimeo etc)? In the demo it’s only play/pause the whole video.. Thanks! Marije

Hi Marije, Currently sound toggle isn’t in the fullscreen youtube video. For vimeo sound toggle will be in the control bar. I’ll note this as an upgrade feature for youtube fullscreen.

Thanks for your answer. Please implement it soon! (you have time frame for upgrades?). Best would be a custum made icon that is friendly and easy to see, and not in the controlbar of the video.

I think it’s essential (and polite) to give your audience a possibilty to easily choose between sound or no sound without stopping the video.

Hi, the wrench symbol for the short codes tool disappeared after the Wordpress 3.9 update, so I am not able to insert any button or function in the page and modify anything.

I set up 3 websites with your theme and where I did not update WP 3.9 it is still working.

Hi,

Your theme looks great, but I’ve been having some inconsistent issues with the Fullscreen Slideshow. I’m running a fresh WP 3.9 install and your 2.2.1 theme.

I can upload images to a new fullscreen page and have it work. However, when I go back in to edit descriptions on each image, then hit save….the slideshow stops working when I reload the page to check the changes. I have to delete the images from wordpress and re-upload, and the issue happens every time. I’ve tried different images too with different resolutions. Sometimes if I just have ONE image in the slideshow it’ll work. It’s very inconsistent.

Any ideas?

Note: I’m also running the latest beta WPML that works with 3.9, but doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Hi,

This shouldn’t happen. Maybe a conflict with another plugin? I’d like to check wp-admin settings. Let me know how to replicate the issue in steps. Please post to support forum on this.

It’s likely that the video embed is slowing it down. Large images can slow loading of site as well. In this case optimizing the images will make it faster. Please post to support forum if the url you gave isn’t the one that needs checking. It’s loading fine for me.

Hi,

It’s the images, they are too large in size. You need to web optimize them. I just checked and each image in the slideshow are around 1MB. That’s too large for web-use and will be slow to display.

Hi, That message is only displayed when the fullscreen slideshow doesn’t get images to populate the script.

I’ll need to check the setting to see what’s causing the issue.

Hello! Great theme!!!!! Congrats! Just have a few questions!

1. How can I darken more the bottom of every fullscreen slideshow picture to make the text more “readable”, on some picture you can barely read it.

2. I want to put a lightbox shortcode on the ABOUT US page, its for showing a youtube video, but it asks me to put an thumbnail picture, and when I do, it doesnt saty alligned to the center with the (+) plus sign, how I want it to, how can I fix that? What size does that thumbnail must be?

3. Is there a way to make a new and small menu on the top of the website, were I can put to small flags to tell the user where can he view the page in another language? I want to show the website in spanish and english, and I want the user to choose what language.

Hi, first I would like to say this is a awesome theme. Second, I have a pre-purchase question. This question come from portfolio tab. From http://www.imaginemthemes.com/themes/?theme=Ideas and http://ideas.imaginemthemes.com/wp/portfolio/filter-column-4/, I found out that portfolio can be filter by categories. The question is, can I rename the “All Project” to some other name such as “All Benefits” or “All Photos”. If can how do I rename it?
