Hi, I want to purchase the WP version of this theme. How long before the Revolution SLider security issues are fixed and its reposted?
OR…. can you post the theme WITHOUT the slider for purchase since i’d be using layerslider instead?

I am experiencing the following issue: When the page contains a small amount of copy the site does not resize and as a result there is white space at the bottom of each page. To solve the problem in the short-term I added unnecessary white space but it looks horrible. Any suggestions? The browser used does not seem to be a factor.
Just curious if anyone has any suggestions? I have emailed the author several times with absolutely no response. Thanks.
I didn’t receive any message. As for your question… it’s normal. I can bet that 95% templates on themeforest have that “bug”. You can set “min-height” for container or use any magician js script to keep footer sticky to the bottom.

I added one of the fields in every section of the contact form section in the custom.js, similar to the “name”-field, but it didn’t work. I get the ajax error “Sorry, unexpected error. Please try again.”. If I don’t add something to the custom.js, the PHP isn’t able to gather the value from the HTML. What am I doing wrong? Is there another place to add the new field?

I’d recommend to use third-party plugin, because current contact form needs some PHP / JS knowledge to customize.

Is there anyway to speed up the loading for multiple image boxes on one page? I created one page with 4 image boxes like in the single project example, every box got around 6 images. Sadly there is a delay when I load the site via net.
Would be great if you could just load the first image of each box and then afterwards loading the rest.
When I load the template (even your page at http://vasterad.com/themes/incredible/) in Firefox 29.0.1, there is a single pixel white line across the very bottom of each page below the copyright footer. This pixel doesn’t show up in other browsers, and it also doesn’t show up on any other web site I have tested in Firefox. I am not sure if you could look into what might be causing this?

So sorry, it turned out to be a Firefox plugin I had installed, and it only happened on my site and the live template site. After uninstalling that plugin, it is not happening any more.

Hi, In Firefox (default zoom view (CTRL+0), slider (image and text) is not centered but moved 600px to the right. This is visible on your demo page too. Can you please advise how can we fix this issue?
Everything fine on default zoom. It happens on zoom bigger than default.

So what would be the solution – to prevent customers from changing browser zoom levels or you will fix the bug in your code so slider works fine at every zoom level? Many older people are using browser with 110% or 120% zoom – especially at higher HD (1600×1200) monitor resolutions.
The original WooThemes Flexslider is working fine in IE, FF, Opera, Safari and Chrome – no matter what zoom level is set.
Hi, I’ll check it our but currently I’m working on a new project and since Incredible is one of older templates I’m focusing also on new ones so it might take more time to find fix. I hope you don’t mind. 
Hope that you will take time to fix slider zoom bug with Firefox.
One month passed since you have promised to fix it. 
It is not fair to us customers who paid for this template and our visitors to experience non-working site in Firefox.
You can add float: none !important to .flexslider .slides > li {. But imho it’s not even a bug since you’re using site with browser zoom.

We can go back and forth about terminology (bug, broken slider), but at the end – slider is not working in Firefox with browser zoom > 100%.

The original WooThemes Flexslider is working fine in Firefox – no matter what browser zoom level is set.
To be honest, responsiveness doesn’t have anything common with zoom option in browser.
As for my code. Yes I did test it on live preview and it worked. Did you edit flexslider.css?

Your live template flexslider is still not working with zoom in FF. I didn’t realize that there are two instances of .flexslider .slides > li in flexslider.css

Now we applied your code and it did fix FF browser zoom issue – but at the same time created another one. When slide images changing takes place – image first goes down and then up?

Thanks so much for the great theme! One question – try to make the slider image (i don’t have it rotating, it’s just one static image) appear when the rest of the content loads. There appears to be a delay, i’m guessing from a piece of javascript? Could you help me have it load automatically?

Hm, it’s not really possible however you can use preloader (loading gif) since image isn’t loaded.
Love the team, creating a website with the template as we speak with twitter bootstrap as base. The questions I would like to ask can I find the social icons in the bottom (twitter, facebook, digg, vimeo, youtube, skype). or aren’t there any more?

How to add 5×1/5 columns instead of 4×1/4 columns in about us page? We have 5 employees.

Where are settings for navigation bar position? Our logo is 100px high (default logo was 80px high) so we have to adjust navigation bar vertically to match slider line. BTW, what is max width for logo? Is it 219px?
You can adjust everything by using columns in skeleton grid.

Hi, I’d suggest to read about Skeleton Grid. http://www.getskeleton.com/#grid it will makes easier to work with this template.
You just need to change “four columns” of logo container to e.g. “six columns” then for navigation set “ten columns”.
Thank you for getting back to me. I understand how to change column width. What I want to do is adjust link line below navigation bar. This line was in line with slider-but we added logo image 100px high – and navigation bar line is not aligned with slider anymore. Where is setting for navigation bar?

Unfortunately with current script it may be difficult. I’d suggest to use fancybox3.
Flexslider is having new improved ver 2.2. What we need to do to upgrade template slider from current ver 2.0? These are new files: flexslider.css; jquery.flexslider.js; jquery.flexslider-min.js
Replace flexslider.css and flexslider.js with new ones.
What about jquery.flexslider-min.js?
Replaced flexslider.css and flexslider.js with new ones and slider is not working.
So probably new version of flexslider has different code in HTML markup. Check it.
Shouldn’t flexslider upgrade be provided as regular template update? Or we have to deal with upgrades on individual basics?
For my older templates updates are rarely, however I don’t think that replacing two files is something difficult. Just basic HTML knowledge needed.

when I view an image on the flexslider, the image repeats at the far left and right. How do I remove the repeated edges and just show the single image? If you have a regular email address I can send you a screenshot.
