What is the difference in the Word Press and HTML versions? They look exactly the same. I need a functioning blog but I purchased the WP version. How can I get the comments function in the HTML version to work? Thanks….I love this template by the way. :)

Hi there

HTML version is just plain HTML with no content management system like wordpress version has. Yes i agree they both look same because the design is same for both product. Sorry HTML version won’t allow automatic comments it will be working in wordpress only.

Thanks for the clarification. Could I achieve the same comment functionality in my HTML version by incorporating one of the PHP scripts like ‘Ajax Commenting Platform’, ‘Ajax Commenting System’, or ‘Comment Anything – Facebook Style’...? Would you recommend any of these to get comments on my blogs?

Hi, I purchased this theme because I loved the look and feel and layout for this theme for the re-design of our church website however, I feel so in love with it I hastily bought it without noticing it was an html 5 theme and not wordpress. Not a huge problem but do you create wordpress themes and if so, is it possible to convert this theme to a wordpress version? Willing to pay. please contact me :D

Hello,

I like this theme, and I need a little help please. How do you control the width of the mega menu? I don’t need three columns I only need two. In the 1st column I have some text and the 2nd column the upcoming events and I deleted features so there is just a big empty white space to the right. I’ve looked at the CSS but I’m not having any luck :(

Hi there

If the end user maintain google calendars for their event then it is recommended else they will have to enter them manually.

Tabs and accordion examples are there in shortcodes/features template which comes within the downloaded package.

Other question: I have more than one
<div class="audio-container">...</div> in the same page. But it happens that the controls are not independent, moving the cursor over one of them the effect occurs in the others. What I do is that the list of sermons (sermons.html) include audio-play for each of them.

Could you help me do this?

I wish to display the entire site in the “Boxed Format” rather than the “Wide Format”. Is there a place that I can make that change globally or do I have to specify <body class= “boxed”> to every html page?

Yes there is a simple way to do it, just remove body.boxed from all instances of body.boxed .body in style.css line 653 and 665 and you will be done :)

Thank you for your purchase, yes template is not tested with IE8 and it is mentioned in the compatibility part of item page. IE8 was not tested because of very less user base and its incompatibility with latest css3 options and HTML5 tags :)

Hi There

add data-speed=”5000” to the hero slider div on your homepage. In this 5000 means 5 seconds that is set by default. You can change its value to any thing you like. 1000 = 1 second

I purchased thema, but I have to use the layout in “boxed” with background, but when I looked the file looked that there is no layout in “boxed”. Ideally have a boxed layout available.

Hi there,

Just add class “boxed” to the body tag of the html pages and you will be done. Like:

<body class=”boxed”>

Please note, if body already have some class added to it then don’t remove it just add the “boxed” class with a space after that. Like:

<body class=”SomeClass boxed”>

You just have to put the YouTube embed code in place of Vimeo. You can get the embed code for every video at embed option of the video page.

Hi there

As you know this is a HTML template, so need to create a separate folder for the other language and link it from a link that you can put at the header of English version. That way user will be redirected your website’s French version and come back to English as well.
