I have submitted 3 tickets and emailed Goodlayers directly and no one has responded or helped me. I have tried 3 different approaches and still no replies. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email stating my ticket was received. Please help!!

sorry we don’t have html version for our themes, our Wordpress theme.
I was still experiencing WP 3.9 text/visual editor issues even after upgrading to 1.03, finally discovered the culprit was the SoundCloud Is Gold plugin – disabled that plugin and everything back to normal. The plugin creator is apparently working on a fix….

Please update the theme, the latest version is now compatible with 3.9
To update the theme,
You need to login to your Themeforest profile page, click on ‘download’ tab, then download the theme again.
After that,
1.) After you downloaded file from Themeforest. Do not upload it yet. Extract it!
2.) You will find 6-7 folders and some files inside. You’ll see the file called ‘musicclub-vx-xx.zip’
3.) Upload this file through wp backend and activate the theme.
After that go to ‘appearance > menu’ and assign menu location again then go to admin panel and click ‘save changes’.
BTW, Make sure that you haven’t changed or customize any theme code.. if you did, you have to do it again. All setting in admin panel and page will be the same.

I’ve noticed, that if I activate the Soundcloud is gold plugin. It disables the content area on all pages, events and posts. Has anyone else experienced this?

Really need a sticky music player to play throughout the site in order to buy this theme. That’s the only feature holding me back. Having the audio stop after each page will make the player useless.
