Hello,
In Theme Options/Homepage – I have the “Home Content” option set to Full Content. However, the “Read More” button is still appearing at the bottom of my posts. Am I missing a setting?
Conversely, if I set this option to “Excerpt” , any images inserted at the top of the post do not appear on the homepage unless the user presses the “Read More” button. Is this proper?
Also – i can’t seem to figure out how to display posts in full-wide mode without the appearance of any left and/or right columns. Can you advise?

Read More button will appear even if you set the posts to full content to show the comments section.
To show images on homepage you need to set featured images for posts.
Below every post, you can see layout options for that post. You can select full layout from there.

You can’t control anything on this widget. Posts are shown by number of comments.
Would be great it you could choose number of views as an option also.
Currently it is by number of comments only. I may add this feature in coming updates.

I am trying to make a video post. Embeding the youtube link works but i would like to just use the url option instead except that is not working.

YouTube video can be embedded with embed code or with video ID. Both the functions work properly.
For ID you need to paste only the ID of video. For example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ. In this eample dQw4w9WgXcQ is the ID.
Hi Mate, Suddenly having loads of issues with your theme options panel not saving any of my choices. In particular the styling options aren’t saving any of my colour choices – wish I could just say it was just the styling options however it seems it’s being quite random in what it chooses to save in any of the theme options categories. Any reason you can think of? Cheers

When i’m edit something, for example the background pattern, or the bg color from the header bar, the fonts doesnt work anymore and Arial shows up. Even if i’m changing the typography in settings it doesn’t change.
How to fix this?
Well, I found out whats going wrong. But where are the 600+ Google fonts? Do I have to use a plugin for it or? thanks.
All the fonts are in typography options of theme options panel.
But There I only got some basic fonts in the dropdown, even when i’m searching for other fonts it says “nothing found”.

Please make sure your read/write permissions are correct. Try uploading a plugin using WP dashboard. If that works, means your permissions are correct.
And if they are correct? What to do than? I’ve uploaded and installed the theme using WP dashboard and give the 777 permissions to all the prior folders so I assume it is correct. I will check this today to be Sure.

It is mentioned that sometimes file permission cause redux framework not to load google fonts.
Please check properly that your permissions are granted.
My programmer is back since yesterday and had a look at it, the problem is my VPS server, something is wrong configured. On my other server the theme works perfectly so there are no troubles with the theme itself. Thanks for your help!
If others got the same problem as me: Just put define('FS_METHOD','direct'); in your wp-config.php
An other question: Is it normal that this page title has no markup? It’ the only spot without the cofigured font.

No, it’s not possible. You can choose a gallery post format and show the images in slider or tiled format. For tiled format you can even show the images in full view.

Have you updated to latest version because in v1.1 search function got some issue but in latest version it’s working fine.

Hi, Great theme. Can see I’m going to end up with a great product. Just wondering if you can tell me the dimensions of the headers for both options – full width and boxed. I have played around with loads of different widths/heights including the dimensions indicated in your documents folder and it’s just not looking right – cheers

Why do you need the dimensions of header?
apologies I meant the header slider option you have for both layouts – fullwidth and boxed
For boxed layout, the width is 1170px and for full width you can use it 1920px wide.

I am trying to fix the way my featured image appears for my blog posts. No matter how I crop or size the image, it still shows a “zoomed” focus that does not reveal the picture the way that it should.
How can I fix this?

Zoom icon is only visible in Image post format. This icon is to show that it opens in lightbox.
I’ve used the standard blog post with a featured image. The picture looks great when I choose it from my media library, but when I view it on my home page, the picture is zoomed (often on a random space of the picture) and out of focus.
Please make sure the width of the image is at-least 770px wide.

It all depends on your choices. Version 1.1 have better features to customize the theme. You can change colors schemes of almost each and every thing.

You will not lose the settings. Just replace the files. If you still fear to lose you can backup your theme options.
