I’ve just send you an email about the flatsome theme. It’s about the checkout error with never ending loading. I think it’s a javascript error. On some browsers the checkout page works, and on others it doesn’t work.

Can you please respond as soon as possible? It’s unfortunately not possible for my clients to order products.

I’m trying to add the image like in the “About us” content in demo mode. I’d like to show a parallax effect, but it doesn’t work. I can display an image but not with Parallax.

Hi, there is a problem with enlarging a photo after changing any variation. E.g. when I change the colour of the product – the image I attached to the variation is changing correctly but when I click that image it shows me a big ‘product icon image’. You can check it on your demo site: All Star Canvas Hi Converse. The problem doesn’t appear on demo.woothemes.com Is there a solution to enlarge the exact variation image?

With the social media tooltips that appear on the team member blocks can the tooltip text be changed. It doesn’t really make sense to show the URL of the facebook page or similar.. would be useful to say something like “like us”, “Connect” etc..

Hi there, I have a few changes to the theme that I would like to make : 1) If I am hosting for 5 countries selling different items but would like to have the same “Flat” design, is it sufficient to only install a multi-site and I am able to host 5 countries different product database?

2) How can I set it to catalog viewing until we are ready to turn it to a full shopping cart system? Meaning, to disable ‘add to cart’ feature and disable showing of price

I’m going to put all of may Nav in the Top Nav, but that leaves the Main Nav looking like a ghost town, other than the left-aligned logo and the right-aligned cart.

Is there a way to add images to the Main Nav? Would this need to happen in header.php? If so, would you be able to point me to what line/area?

Its been weeks i am trying to get some help from support over the email and so far i got couple generic replies such as update wordpress, update woocommerce and follow installation instructions so i updated both and still having issues i tried asking for additional help but got no response i love the template and i think it has great potential but useless if its not working properly i set it all up as per their instructions even updated wordpress and woocommerce as per their instructions but Edit Account and Logout links from My account area dont work it goes to 404 page can someone point me in the right direction to resolve this issue www.royalwalker.com/gris/ user: danda676 pass: guest123

You asked for dev ideas, here they come: Blog: - more features in blog => today content is king, also for online shops in terms of SEO - more flexibility on blog front page - now blog header shows on blog page AND posts, user doesn’t have a choice - blog header is always full width, there is no choice - blog front page design options (feature categories etc.) e.g. here doyouyoga – they can feature posts, categories etc. - blog sidebar recent posts is kind of boring with the date only. a preview picture of the post would be awesome.

Performance: - better loading-time on desktop and mobile - also with WPEngine hosting, I have many loading issues with google page insights: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fflatsome.uxthemes.com%2Fshop%2Fall-star-canvas-hi-converse%2F&tab=mobile - this a factor for conversion and SEO and I hope speed and script loading can be improved

Responsive Design - sliders are not responsive - flatsome is slower on older phones (e.g. iP4 or iP4s) than other content heavy sites or shops (but time and newer devices will fix this issue hopefully)

For our business, these are the most important points. I am happy we started our journey with you at UX Themes and with you lot’s of success.
