yes it is. but for new version (V1.1) need to check with WPML. maybe 80% now. we use ajax and it’s little complicated to make it work with WPML. but for sure, we will make it work with WPML. As you may know, WPML is the best plugin for multilingual. Thanks for your question.

I’ve some suggestions about payments,

1. It’d be good to have options like, first x number of listings are free (to attract new users), and they would have to pay for subsequent listings.

2. Listing packages: such as Package A – 10 listings for $20; Package B – 20 listings for $35. etc. They’d have to purchase another package after used up the existing quota.

3. Bank payment besides PayPal. Users can make payment through bank. Once confirmed the transaction is successful, admin will enter the number of property allocated for that user. It’d be good also to have fields to enter additional info such as the Bank name & transaction number.

Thanks for your consideration. I believe this theme has much potential to offer.

For the payment suggestion, these are really good. but some of them need time to build. we will work on the payment soon. we are working on some small bugs parts at this moment.
