1) There may be chance that your downloaded file being damaged. Please try to download the zip file again from the themeforest page and unzip files.

2) If you wordpress uploader does not work. Please connect your server via ftp

3) Move to folder wp-content/themes/

4) Upload the kidszone theme files ( the files inside the folder kidszone)

5) Activate it via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes.

We have tested your site with a simple mail script. But the mail is coming. Please check with your hosting provider whether mail server is working correctly.

Please add the below css code in Admin -> Kidszone -> Integration -> General -> Custom Css -> Paste the code in the textarea -> Enable Custom CSS button. Thats it now all the h2 titles will be center aligned. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

Hi.. For having the hr titles of specific ones to be centered, then you need to add css with specific div id or classes. You need to have some css knowledge to have this built. If you still need help, we will customize the hr shortcode to be aligned center, with a custom work. It will take about 1 hr to complete. You ll be charged $20 for this task. It depends upon which video player you are using. For the english version of the site, the video player is not youtube, so the player has started automatically. Please check the embed code or iframe or any code that you used to embed the video and check if there is any option for it.
