Is there a way to display a slide of category thumbnails? In my specific case, one of the product categories is Brands, so I’d like each of the Brand logos to show up in a slide and link to that category, but not display the products themselves.

In the categories of blog titles are H1. It should be an H2.

Hi I am enjoying this theme very much. Trying to format the shop and category and product pages. The demo shows the shop and category pages with a left title and left sidebar. How do I accomplish this? I attempted to change template on the shop page to no avail. No clue how to change the category pages. Also, is it possible to add a left sidebar to product pages, also? that is not shown in demo. thank you, all, for your input!

Hello. I’m trying to display a product slider containing “featured products” from a specific category. It seems that the “ux_featured_products” shortcode shows featured products and the “ux_custom_products” shortcode can show products from a specific category. Is it possible to combine these features?

I no longer receive order emails when new orders are placed. The customer receives the order receipt for new orders (so the emails from the site are working) but the New Order emails to site administrators are not sent even though they are activated in the Emails section in WooCommerce.

Can you provide any light on this? This always used to work so it’s a recent theme or WooCOmmerce update that caused this I think.

I am using the latest version of WC as well as your theme, and have done a fresh install of the theme and WC folder within the theme.

We would like to control the related products feature to include some products that are not technically ‘related.’ Is there a way to input product manually into the related products?

How can I disable the left & right image “arrows” when viewed on a mobile device? I’d like them to be completely gone.

I see them when you click (zoom) on a product image but I would like to turn them all off.

On your demo site you have 3 rectangular boxes aligned between the header & featured products. I presume those are widgets, and I’m wondering if I can add a fourth box/widget there.

Hi, I like the theme very much, but the loading speed is a bit intolerable. I found that if I run in localhost by turning off the wifi, it load smoothly. But if I turn on the wifi, even I run in localhost, it would take few seconds to complete loading (sometimes just hang there). Any idea?

I’m looking at upgrading one of my sites to the Flatsome theme but I can’t seem to get the plugin Sharethis to work with the theme.

I’m not bothered about the product pages but most of my blog posts have hundreds of shares so I’d like the numbers to stay with the share icons for social proofing.
