first of all, thank you for this great template. We have a problem: On some computers the Footer is not coming in, nothing is displayed but the links are there. Is there a possibility to delete the movement of the footer? Or better, do you know why the footer is shown sometimes, but somtimes not? We are looking forward your answer and hope you can help us.

Please go to Themeoptions/general settings and from bottom of page you can disable Default Animations. Then this problem will be solved.

Could be, that the content is not enough?!? We are a little into coding, so would be really great if you could give us the information where to find the animations in the code, so we can fix the footer problem. We changed the code and updated the file on our server, but the footer is not displayed. The animation still seems to work. The Problem is: The Footeranimation doesnt work with a resolution of 1920×1080 on 100% in browser, on a resolution of 1280×800 it works fine also on our smartphones. Also it works, when i zoom in to 120% in my browser with the fullhd resolution. Could you help us with this problem?

Yes, Ultimate VC Addons is included with the theme. Its not listed because Author of that plugin has now stopped allowing theme authors to use the plugin, I have special written permission from author to do so. Ofcourse if it wasnt part of theme I wouldnt have used it in my demo 
I am having trouble with the slider in layout 3. The slider is stretching to the full width of the page. I have grid width and grid height set to 960 and 350 respectively. Is their some thing i am missing?

Please make sure you have not setup the slider as Full Screen. They updated it recently, please select autoresponsive.

Just updated the WooCommerce plugin and on my products page, it shifted the product listings from a nice 4 column, full width grid to a two column grid with an empty area that looks like it is intended to be a sidebar to the left. Any idea how to get it back to the way it was?

I purchased your theme JustShop Cake about a year ago. I’ve been trying to get it launched this month. Although i am in need of the “Sprite PSD” because some of the some icons and scallops around the pictures are not displaying properly.
Can I please get this from your. I have the other PSD you supplied in the download but this not the one needed. I am not an expert web so I have had to ask for help some one who is….and this is what is needed to complete my site.

I don’t think that is the solution i seek.
I have enabled slider to show in all webpages. and i want to add different slider for some pages, which is achieved by modifying custom content in hero area (metabox). but i also want to change the slider for product-categories (woocommerce) page so it can have different slider than the default one, when i edit the product-category, i can’t find metabox to input custom content in hero area.
fyi, i am a developer. maybe you can guide me to edit the right code? im thinking to add metabox in woocommerce product category and then show the slider instead of the default homepage slider.

Sorry for delay in replying. Yes, I know what you mean , and you dont find metabox on category pages as they are made using archive page template, common for all categories.
You can do it with little hacking , If you are a developer , I would suggest you create category pages for particular category and insert slider shortcode there using do_shortcode function. for example, if category is news , you can create category-news.php and paste archive.php code there. and then inside this page put slider shortcode. read more about category templates here : http://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates
I suggest you do all this in child theme so that you can update easily in future.

I’m using the Woocommerce plugin with this theme and during the check out process when the ‘Place Order’ button is pressed the page just sits there with the spinning icon. Never continues to next page in line for the check process. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this site is to be fully launched by July 1st.

Hi, great theme and I am interested in purchasing but just have a couple of questions.
On all layouts, (responsive), when viewed on a smart phone (both iPhone & Samsung) the showcase area, Celebration Cakes, Fruit Desserts etc. are not centred on the screen when viewed in landscape. They are all aligned to the left. Can this be fixed?
Also on responsive Layouts 2 & 3 (The ones I like) the logo is not visible when viewed on a smart phone in portrait and only slightly visible in landscape. Can this also be fixed?

The new version of the theme also includes new version of VC, you can re-trigger installing it by going to Appearance -> Install plugins.
