we must invite the user to invite the things, without require login, it’s decreasing the invitations instead growing up… please in case make this optional .. almost all sites doesn’t require login to do share something in case they can do it via url. however this restriction is not being friendly… thanks

1. youtube. you just need to add youtube “ID”. it is better right? and added more video types. (it was only youtube and vimeo)

2. Menu fixed
3. Added Share without login
4. Open/Close/Hide fixed
5. custom css added as you requested on admin page.

Hello, why if i am landlord account i can’t add properties?

another question, how can a landlord assign an agent to manage his properties? i think in the add property proccess, the admin or landlord can assign the agent:property manager (i am not sure if agent is somebody who manage the houses??)

and the agent receives an email, and will have access to update the property. but without delete permissions.

as i understand, landlord can add properties and assign agents or property managers to manage his properties.

agent or property managers can manage the houses where they will were associated, and basic stuff.

agency is a company, with brochure info, that can assign agents to manage the properties under the name of that agency ?

i think agencies is good, and agents is good belong agencies or landlords… please update the typo landload to landlord

hello, please add edit and delete actions for the houses if you are owner and have the privileges to edit / delete property. we need avoid go to the wp-back end please, only using front end side.

only admin, landlord and agencies should be able to delete since agents(most called property managers) will be able to update the data of the property only.

also please let me know this who has permissions to save as favorites the properties? anybody right? because i tried with all roles and is not working propertly

I think you didn’t setup template. what is the “favorite” page template? is this “saved items list”?

Actually, we planed to have “general users” role (not agents) who can “save (favorite) properties” on my page. or give some ratings (5~10 stars) for the properties (you can all setup or name rating tities options such as “description”, “quick responses”... etc..” whatever you need. ratings also can be hide or open.

“save (favorite) properties” option is for just save your favorite properties on my page.

As you said these might be more traffics or things to see in your site. and they can be “landload” one day and use your site again.

I will talk to my team about your suggestion and I will get you back if it is still possible and when it will be.

Yes, community driven property portal is a good idea, that’s what make people interest and want to visit. People are not just looking for a house, they want to do investment, that’s why they want to get social and connect with others. Any website that supports a vibrant community, can have good potential to draw in visitors & advertisers. Maybe you can consider for people to favorite/follow a certain agent/agency, and automatically get their listings on his/her own page. This is just an idea, for what you can have on a social networked property website.
