Hi, first a great theme! We are just having an issue with the share buttons. When you want to share an article on FB, it shares it with the wrong image of the article, it usually selects the image of the next article. It does that for all posts.

Hi, I’ve just installed the theme and encountered a problem: it’s not possible to use the content builder option.
There are error messages in the frontend (e.g. Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/29/d83271621/htdocs/quality-relaunch/wp-content/themes/venus/lib/custom.lib.php on line 957 [ size=”one” ] ) and you cant edit the options, once you’ve added them.
E.g.: Right after I’ve added the filterable blog, only a tiny blank square with a close button appears. When I click on edit right next to the option, an overlay opens that doesnt show any options for editing but an exact copy of the page below the overlay.
I’d be very thankful for any help…

Hi, I cant select any categories. When I add filterable blog/post, it’s not possible to select anything. Only a small blank quare overlay opens, as described above.
And another question: How can I adjust the two column category template so it doesnt show the sidebar AND 4 columns of post excerpts instead of only 2?

Im currently in the process of trying to figure out how to add some sort of infinite scroll on the homepage being that that’s what my site revolves around but its a bit difficult since there’s no page breaks for the front page when the content builder is enabled. Would it be possible to implement this function or some sort that loads data when scrolled? because my front page haves over 16 blocks and it all loads at once.

Hello and thanks for such a great theme! I’m very happy about the ease of how to set it up and how quickly it all comes together.
I still have a few questions for you.
1. For some reason when I add three items to the footer (left, middle and right) , the 3rd one (that should technically be on the right) gets pushed down below the 1st item (so it ends up on the left below item #1). Is there a bug or something I should be doing?
2. When I use the filterable blog option, I can’t click on any categories, the filtering doesn’t work. I have posts in all the categories chosen and the categories show up, it’s just not clickable.
3. My logo is much smaller than the actual size of it. Is there a way to make it bigger?

3. If you upload retina logo option, it will scale down 2 time of your logo size for high resolution display.

I did what you suggested and disabled the plugins. I did them one by one to see which was the conflict. Unfortunately, it seems to be the WooCommerce plugin that does it….
I thought the theme was Woocommerce compatible?

It’s compatible with Woocommerce as you can test on demo site too. Provide URL of page which has issue please.

It’s because one of your Woocommerce javascript file is missing or broken on your server and cause script error.

Great Site. A few issues.
1. When we update the homepage content builder and click preview changes, it deletes all the work we created in the content builder. This has happened twice on a mac/firefox. We are only using the update button now.
2. When we try to set up twitter it says ‘bad authentication data’ in grey. Our other sites are working. Any thoughts?
3. If we make the featured image smaller in the code does that change for all posts or just the one?
It would be great if we could place a side bar in some posts and not others. It seems like that would be a normal functionality for a magazine theme and many would like this option.
