As far as we know themeforest administration does not offer any exchange, replace or refund for products which can be previously previewed. Anyway, please contact ThemeForest support team in regards to this question, maybe they could make an exception for you or offer some alternative options. I wish we could help you with this but it is not up to us.

Hello. Wonderful template. I just purchased it, but cant seem to find the folder where the “2045×950” pictures for the index page are. and your Help file didn’t mention that as well..unless i didn’t get the full version. please help.

The slider images should be in “slides” which is located in “images” folder (images/slides) If you still not able to find these please submit a ticket in our support system and our support guys will help you regarding this matter.

there is no folder named “slides” in the folder. I could only see these folders inside images: images/parallax, images/portfolio, images/temp. Please if there are more folders, kindly send.

Yes you can use self hosted video, but the original theme design does not have an option to display video controls, these could be added additionally via source files which involves custom work, please be aware that we do not provide our customers with any customization due to our policy. This is HTML template and it could be customized according to your specific needs, it only depends on your coding skills.

OK…so how does one shut off the audio on the fullscreen video on the landing page?
I am referring to visitors to the website.
You could set there a video without any sound or just turn it off in config.

Unfortunately your Support Registration page is not working. I entered my user, email, and purchase code and it just sits on validating after I click submit. Tried multiple browsers (IE and Chrome) and get the same thing. So do you guy really offer support or what!

hello, how do i set the duration time between each slide image for layer sliders on home page? To be clear – this is the time an image stays ‘still’ before the next slider comes in, and not to be confused with the transition pacing. I just want to set the timing longer that the default setting so that viewers have more time to look at each image.

Hello Alex, remember this is for template files only, so there’s no Admin Options panel like in WP to control settings. Documentation doesn’t mention about this particular setting, and I can’t find it in the HTML code or config.js file.
This should be a simple question so i rather have you provide a quick answer here than have me going through the trouble of registering with another support system and repost my question again.

Never mind. I don’t have the luxury of time waiting 24 hours for each response posting, or I’ll miss my project deadline. I found out the setting for my question.
For those of you who want to control the interval time duration between each slide, add “slidedelay: 15000;” for that particular layer tag in the HTML.
Only quick and quality customer support will earn my 5 star ratings.
Our support team work excellent, you just had to try it instead of using dashboard here. We only occasionally answer here.

Hi, 21 days ago, you confirmed that there is an issue with the team section on tablets, it is not responsive. I have the same problem , even with the latest untouched downloaded theme. I’m using the layer slider homepage, when i see the website on a small screen my photos get cropped. i don’t want my photos to be cropped, I would like to have my photos covering the screen without any cropped part, how can I do? Thanks in advance

As I remember, it’s not possible to do that since the script crop the images by itself, however you could read the help file for slider and check if there are any option for this.

Ok it works now, i re-upload all files and works now??
I just notice that we can’t access to the submenu on tablet (iPad) when it’s on landscape resolution with the normal menu ( not the responsive one )

I’m not sure if you created that section correctly, you could follow the instructions in help docs to get id done properly.

What i mean is that the section Team in Tablet resolution (1024×768) is not responsive at all (even in the hosted example here on Themeforest), and you can’t reach the Team members with the mouse click to expand their description, try it yorself. The only way to make it work seems to be with the keyboard arrows, that’s not very accessible, isn’t it?
