Lots of issues with this template to be honest
Firstly, it is not Visual Composer that come with the template (or it does not come with the download of the template since Friday), instead you get Page Builder, which is a free plugin with a load of bugs.
Its just ridiculous that Envato allowed this template to advertise VC as part of the package …
As for Page Builder, full of bugs, its almost useless in terms as you must use a shortcode within a Visual Editor block, if you don’t do that nothing within Page Builder is wrapped within the page container and extends as one would expect to the full width of the browser, additionally you cant even add classes so you can fix that within the CSS.
Also, at Screen resolution of 1280×1024, there is an issue within padding. While this can be fixed, its just more work for a fairly standard screen size …..

Yes, If you insert your products without any attributes then add to cart button work at home page as well, No need to go at info page. The Compare feature in the shop always misses one product from the compare box that pops up. For example, if I add 4 products to my WishList, and then hit Compare, only 3 of them are shown.

I have created a new menu (Footer menu), and change the TM Footer Navigation in Menu Location to that menu.
It does not appear on the bottom of the site, and when I go back in to the Manage Locations section, the TM Footer Menu has been set back to Main Menu.

Ok, I’ve figured that virtually everything is in the widgets section. However, now I have removed the items I do not want, I am still left with the Our Brands section and a small strip of an image even though the “Homepage Offer Slider Widget Area” is empty.
How do I remove the Our Brands section, and how do I remove the background image from the empty “Homepage Offer Slider Widget Area” widget?
I have now managed to remove the Our Brands section by removing the contents of the Logo Partner Widget Area.
However I am still left with the background image from the “Homepage Offer Slider Widget Area” widget. How can this be removed?

You can download upgraded theme package from your account under the downloadable area. We have included DRAG and DROP Page Builder Integration with create more home page variation also improve design quality.
I didn’t ask how to download it or what was in the change-log, I asked how to install it.
You only need to update files and no need to upgrade database. About plugins, you can update it, but which are not necessary to upgrade. If you still have any questions feel free to ask.
I have just applied the update via FTP, and the theme options report that it is v1.0. Did you forget to update the version number or has the update not worked correctly?

Also, you seem to have completed changed the way the content for pages works. Before I had to put content in the relevant widgets to show on pages (like About Us etc.). Now all those widgets areas have gone, along with ALL my content, and there is no way to add content to the pages. I cannot find this page-builder feature either.

I am comparing the Wordpress demo with the Magento demo as Megento has not had the latest update. There are LOADS of changes that you have made that are not in the changelog. I wish you’d told me about this, a lot of the changes make the theme look worse in my opinion, like the menu font changes, the fact you can’t click on a product image to view the product page anymore. Why remove that functionality?
I have logged all these things on your support site, I now have 17 outstanding issues after the update – most of which are bugs.
However, some completely prevent the site from being used.
I hope you guys can get this back on track. I know you don’t have to offer support, so we really appreciate it when you do – but it’s very frustrating, especially when doing something like applying an update only to be confronted with a lot of surprises because nothing was mentioned in the changelog or the documentation.

We have upgraded only WooCommere theme so don’t compare with Magent, Opencart or Prestashop theme. We have added extra plugin like DRAG and DROP Page Builder Integration and improve theme quality. And please send us your ticket id so we can check it instantly.
I’m only comparing the look of the theme, I’m saying that you have made a lot of changes without including a description of those changes in the changelog.
So the Drag and Drop is a plugin – that is why I can’t find it as you said NOT to include the plugins section of the new download in the upgrade!

Hi, Beautiful theme, I was hoping I can use it for my online poster shop, so I have a couple of questions: - I see you can select size and color. I need those two for posters as well. But what if I have an extra entity (i.e. type of illustration with a drop down menu listing ie. owl, fox, cat, dog etc).. can I have those 3 entities as drop down menus when a client is customizing his or her poster?
- I’m new to this, so it might be a silly question; but I could see it supports bank, checque and paypal – is there a credit card option too?

Thank you. Yes it can be used any kind of shop. Other then Size and Color you can add any number of entity you need, So users can select it for customization. WooCommerce has many payment options including credit card which you can check on their site. Let us know if you still have any questions.
