Beautiful theme! I have some presale questions I hope you don’t mind answering?

Do I have the ability to install audio continuous loop on the home page with the Ken Burns effect always playing?

Can the menu bar be changed in coloring in skin? Dark skin?

Unlimited photos for home page or is there a limit? 1900 px?

Can I put my own logo in the menu area and change the coloring?

Is this theme easy to work with and build? I’m a newbie at all this and WP!

Hi,

1. Kenburns supports audio.

2. Menu bar can have different colors set from theme options.

3. There’s no limit for images. You can set any amount of images but do make sure they are web optimized.

4. Yes , you can supply your own logo.

5. If you’re familiar with WordPress admin then it should be easy. Help Guide provides step by step instructions to setting up the theme.

Hi,

Before buying the theme, I’d like to know if the slideshow on the homepage is customizable. I need to add 4 buttons in a row on this slideshow. Thanks in advance for your help !

Thanks for your answer. As an other option, I’d like to know if it’s possible, on pages with slideshow as background, to have the background images not as darken, or even without any darker filter on top ? Thanks !

Hi,

Slideshow overlays can be changed via theme options. You can use ‘none’ to use no overlays so the images are displayed as you’ve provided them.

On pages the background overlay opacity can be controlled via theme options.

Hey guys, I’m using this site as a training piece for a company I’m involved with. I want the background slideshow to continue, and continue, and continue… Is there a way to randomize the slideshow? And, when you switch pages have it continue instead of starting over?

I’m having an issue with the Photowall. Maybe I’m not setting it up correctly? When I open my site in a browser where the photowall is the homepage it will not load. Are there any common causes that I may easily be able to solve this issue?

Have tried to open in Chrome and IE10 and IE11.

Hi Pre-sales question. Is it possible to have the menu open all the time (without needing to press the ”+” icon

Also, can the menu be positioned anywhere else, like at the bottom of the screen?

And finally, is it possible to get the help file/PDF manual before purchase to see how customisable it it?

Hi,

1. Not currently but this can be achieved thorugh jQuery. 2. Positioning menu elsewhere will require additional CSS styles.

Help Guide is 7MBs with step by step instructions on setting up the theme as seen in demo. I won’t be able to send it on request currently.

Color controls for menu , text elements , backgrounds are provided in theme options. You’ll also find background settings on all pages and post. WooCommerce pages use theme options set background image.

Customization will require additional coding depending the the changes you require.

Hi, Fullscreen Vimeo has autoplay. You’ll need to use Vimeo API to get the controls , currently this isn’t included with the theme.

Hi Ciara,

I couldn’t verify purchase with your username.

The Help Guide is inside the full theme package. Maybe you downloaded just theme using link “Installable WordPress file only”. If you can download the package using ‘All files and Documentations’ then you should get the fullpack which includes Help Guide as well as Demo data and PSD files.

Once you extract the downloaded zip file Help Guide should be inside the main folder named “Help Guide.PDF”

For “IDEAS” is the layout for shop the only one available? With doing photography I’ve seen various others that have the hanging pictures design for shop. Do you all have this or anything similar?

HI, It’s different depending on how it’s styles. Ideas theme comes with custom styles for woocommerce which is as seen in demo.

Hi,

You can activate any other plugin. The maps plugin in theme only activates once you include the shortcode. It’s disabled otherwise.

Ok, thank you for the answer. Seems to work. Another issue I’m experiencing now with “Advanced Google Maps Plugin for Wordpress” is that if I use the shortcode, my “Tabs” are disapearing.

ive got another Problem When i visit my Page with this theme from the PC i got Music but when i look from a handy or my ipad then there are Problemes with the fullscreen background slideshow and there is NO music

iOS devices disables audio autoplay at browser level. You’ll see the same effect in demo as well.

Hi, Yes, you can generate portfolio gallery without titles and description as well.

Hi,

Sorry i didn’t completely understand. But you need addition coding to get features that’s not already there in the theme. In general if it’s not there in the demo then the feature isn’t available in the theme. All features in demo comes out of box without any additional codes.

Hi d,

The url http://ideas.imaginemthemes.com/wp/shortcodes/thumbnails/ , is a shortcode which generates thumbnails using images attached to the page. It displays a lightbox when clicked.

You can generate them inside the portfolio details page you’ve given as the second url. Shortcodes can be generated inside any page.
