I am afraid you cannot add galleries in posts. However, you can use wordpress default gallery in rich editor.

1. For contact form, please go to Contact Form 7 > Create new contact form > Copy short code and paste into Text widget in footer.

2. For contact information widget, please note that it is already available in dummy data. Further you can achieve it by editing the page contact V1 > Copy contact information and paste into text widget in footer.

If you use Revolution slider, you can use video in it. And to add to fortune, we have given revolution slider with the theme.

@OrgiForest we are using Google API to display Map. To use different Kind of map will required customization.
