First, I must say that you template is wonderful ! It is really simple to use and customize.
I wanted to know if it was possible to add widget area instead of submenus is the main menu or if you had a compatibility pacth to use the template with ubermenu.

I bought your theme “RT-Theme 18 for Wordpress” and I want to congratulate with you: I found it really well built.
I’m writing you for a feature request: I installed the WooCommerce plugin in my website and I’m a bit unhappy with the “WooCommerce Products” module in the templete builder. I’d like to have a “WooCommerce Product Carusel”, something that tools like the “Product Carusel” you’ve designed, with the nice looking title, the image auto-crop function and all the other nice configuration settings.
I don’t require a full theme update just for that, I can add the extra feature manually if you send me the files with some instructions.

I’m having an IE compatibility issue with the WooCommerce Top Rated Products Widget (sidebar right)... The small double line and circle separating each product displays properly in Chrome, Firefox and Safari – but there is a Chinese-looking character displaying in place of the circle in IE. How do I fix this?

You can enable page comments via General Options “Allow comments on pages” and make sure “Allow comments” option is checked on page edit screens for each pages. If you don’t see the option please activate first via Screen Options -> Discussion (top-right corner of the page)

The template builder is not working for me anymore. I know it was working before, so maybe it stopped after the update. I get the PHP error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function generate_template_forms() on a non-object in /wp-content/themes/rttheme18/rt-framework/classes/admin.php on line 703, referer: http://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rt_header_options
I’ll admit I made a few changes to the code, but I don’t think I did anything that would affect this.

Seems you are trying to update the theme and keep your changes that made with the previous version. Please make sure you’ve copied all directories and revert your changes. The code is not finding the main php class of the template builder.

No shortcode but you can use this html code in the “text” mode

you can change t20 as 10,20,30 40 for pixels.

You mean video backgrounds for the content rows like parallax images? No there is no option for it at the moment but i’ll do my best to add that option with one of the future updates.
