Yes, GoodDay theme allows you to create either a fullwidth or a boxed website. You can even set custom width for separate content sections.
We have created several demo sites to show what the theme can do, and here are a couple of sited with boxed layouts:

These sites are made with GoodDay theme, just have different settings. Also, theme archive comes with demo content files for each of the demo sites that can be imported if you need to, or, alternatively, you can set it up all by yourself with completely custom settings. You can view all the 9 available demo sites from the main preview page.

Any time I use a Custom HTML or Custom JS in Content Composer I can’t save the page on any browser. I click Update and nothing happens, only sometimes if I refresh there may be an autosave that saved what I tried to add, but that is not a solution.
Also Custom JS won’t save if I have <script> tags, it will save once they are removed…Custom HTML wouldn’t save with the script in the same block.
Any thoughts?
After I couldn’t save in Content Composer, I had to edit in the default editor. Now the Content Composer is broken and won’t load…

After editing a menu after saving it I have to go back to “manage locations” and re-set it there again.

Hi again. In fact it is really hard to say what a problem can be without seeing the problem, as we cannot replicate in on any of our installations. perhaps you could send us some screenshots of what exactly you are changing in your menus, so that we could at least take a guess of what can be happening there. Also, this can be caused by some server settings. We have not received any complaints regarding the same issue form any of the customers, neither we have faced it ourselves, so it is really hard to detect a reason for this without seeing the website form your end. Appreciate your understanding.

hi, how can i use shortcodes (ex. video shortcode) inside a block of custom html? (in the visual content composer)

As to using a video shortcode inside a custom html field – we can provide you with a guide on how to do this, please follow the steps below.
1. We can see you are aiming to use a YouTube video, and for this you should use an Embed shortcode, as Video shortcode is for self-hosted videos. First you should add your video to any page using Embed shortocode and apply all the needed settings, like width, etc. Add your YouTube link to this shortcode. Please see the screenshot – open image.
2. When your video is added, publish this page and view it on front-end. Inspect it with Firebug add-on or similar, and copy html code for this shortcode to add it to your Custom HTML field. Please see a quick video we have made to make it easier for you – play video.
Your code should look somewhat like this one, in fact you can even copy it to use:
<div class="cmsms_embed_wrap"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/HKcmgJogAVg?feature=oembed&wmode=opaque" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen" frameborder="0" height="400" width="533"></iframe></div>

Default install of Wordpress 3.9.1. I install theme, then install plugins. When I installer LayerSlider WP I get an error that it cannot copy carousel.zip. After that I get an error when I try and activate it I get several errors like this Warning: include(/home/cfisher/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/wp/scripts.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/cfisher/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/layerslider.php on line 38

As to setting the Blog page be a default home page – yes, any page can be set as a home page, both a static page as well as a blog page.

Love the site. Main reason I bought this is because it states that it comes with 9 preset websites but for the life of me I cannot find the option for me to choose from. Any help would be appreciated.

To replicate one of the demo sites, you need to import 3 files (an .xml file for content and a file for theme settings, also a slider file). These files are included in the archive you have downloaded from Themeforest in a Demo Content folder. Also please take a look at the DOCS folder and open index.html file in your browser – there is a detailed theme usage guide. In Demo Content section of this guide you will find a really detailed instruction on how to replicate any demo site.
Yet, it can be much simpler for you if you wish, as our Support team will gladly do this for you. Just please submit us a support ticket with all the needed credentials and tell us which of the 9 demos you would like to replicate. The support team will do this for you, so feel free to contact – submit us a ticket.

The theme allows adding any Google font, you just need to include it to the fonts list. There is a really detailed instruction about this in theme documentation, please see the DOCS folder in the archive you have downloaded and open index.html file with your browser. In Appearance Settings section you will see a detailed guide on how to add more Google fonts.
Yet, we can as well do this for you if you wish, just please submit us a ticket with all the credentials and list the fonts you would like to add. Our support team will be glad to help you with this – submit us a ticket.

Well, I liked it so much.. I actaully bought it. Thought the design was first class and very professional looking, Will now be dumping our current (now boring) Joomla site & theme and moving to WP with your theme!
