We are encountring difficulties with integrating the revolution slider into your template. Eventhough the images do have the same size 1152×300, the revolution slider the height 300 and in the Main slider parameters 300 as well, it does cropp the images???

Any hints how to come around this issue? Many thanks

It is about the calendar! How it works? It is linked with the blog posts, like a filter? Or i can put some real date events on it, like “This day we won`t work”or something like that… ?

Theoretically, it’s probably possible. We never tried, though, and Grecko does not include such an option. In our humble opinion, it’s better to find some other place in the website’s header, because it’s not very comfortable to fill out the form in the slider, considering this element’s dynamic activity.

Actually, nothing will change for you:
- link for a ticket in theme’s profile and in support info;
- single registration;
- e-mail notification about system’s activity.
You get an extra option to create public tickets, and therefore see other customers public tickets. Use this option if you think you query will be usefull for others.
Besides, our old customers may use ticket system on themerex.net as long as their issues aren’t resolved. However, we would really appreciate if you switch to our new ticket system.

Also, the blogger shortcode doesn’t work; I made the configuration to show a particular category, but it doesn’t show the thumbnails. Looking through the documentation, am I right in saying there is no option to amend the colour of anything other than the background colour? (White in your demo site)

Grecko ensures an option to set basic theme color and background settings. You will find out how to do that in the documentattion, as well as in the nearest updates we will broaden color settings, and you will be able to select your own settins for separate content blocks and even separate elements.

I just stopped by to say THANK YOU for all the improvements in your theme. This is a great theme and with the recent and quick updates you actually made it perfect.

One More thing. If you can add in theme settings a tab to modify hover colors in menus and buttons that will be great. Right now the hover color depends on theme’s color. You can’t do it separately.

Hey ThemeRex team! One question: How do I update the Visual Composer plugin? Version 4.2.2 is available.

To update it I need the plugins license key. Or I dont?

If I click “update” in the plugins page, it tells me: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Update package not available”.

What do I do?

I will address my issue here as well:

Here are the steps I followed to install the plugins: [in wordpress admin menu] 1. Plugins-> Add new -> Upload—> Browse 2. Choose: “codecanyon-2751380-slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin (1).zip” 3. Install now.

This message comes up: “Unpacking the package…Installing the plugin…The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed. Return to Plugins page

This happens as well with the royalslider plugin and the visual composer plugin. The multilingual plugin worked perfectly.

After this, I tried uploading the plugins via SFTP. I moved the unzipped files from my computer to the server, to the plugins folder. Some file transfers where successful, but others said “file transfer failed”, or “Error Directory …. no such file or directory”.

Then, I went to the wordpress dashboard and the plugins where not there at all.

June 5, afternoon / I installed the the theme version 1.5, and tried uploading the plugins through the wordpress dashboard again. Same problem.

What can I do?

Sorry for being intense! I discovered how to do it. I was not uploading the appropriate .zip file. I had to unzip the first folder and then upload the second .ziped folder. I am amateur, sorry!!! jejeje
