pre-sale question: Can we put in homepage the “carousel 1” below revolution slider? I mean: is possible to put two (or more) “big elements” or just one?

TrueMag has an option to choose header style to be a sidebar, you can put your 2 big-elements in that sidebar (ex: revolution slider, ). If you want to use our static big-elements (ex: carousel 1, metro carousel, classy slider) you need to modify theme’s code a little.
Some non-static elements you can use unlimited in sidebar:

If you are using video listing layout, you could change default blank image at wp-content\themes\truemag\images\nothumb.jpg
If you are using blog listing layout, you need to modify theme code or use a plugin likes https://wordpress.org/plugins/default-thumbnail-plus/

3. What do you mean by SEO mark? We do support built-in SEO feature. You can integrate SEO-by-YOAST plugin to have better SEO performance.

Hi, you have not updated the Visual Composer to fix the tabs bug in last True Mag update? BUG:no matter how many tabs you build, only two will be displayed, more serious, only the first tabs can load the content.

@kallyman These plug ins must be installed manually. You will find them in the zip file under the plugins folder.
@easternoutsource You can set the logo height under Theme Options
@Fenix_CZ I don’t think it does at this time. I recall seeing some replies from cactus a few months back saying it did not. They may have updated it to support it (I hope so, this would be a great feature)

In the next update, the following file with this particular Facebook Open Graph meta tag needs to be updated.

Should be changed to:
<meta property="og:type" content="<?php echo (get_post_format($post->ID) ‘video’? ‘video.other’:’‘);?>”/>
This way, when someone likes a video on your website by pressing the Like button, it will says “Name like a video” instead of “Name liked a movie.” In most cases people will be liking videos and not full-length films. It is the wrong OG meta tag, or not the most appropriate one.

Hi, i had a question regarding logo. Our logo is a 2 lines logo (i mean biger that urs). Is this an option in order to get our logo with a biger height than ur exemple?
You can use your bigger logo image with Truemag, we have options to control main navigation’s height
Will this theme not cause an abusing cpu resources in hostgator? cause it happens to me when I install the deTube theme.

ok, this problem is solved.
but i have anoter problem on video, i have set theme type to magazine, create a video post, video url from my server.
on the detail video is show and can be played, but in the home slider (clasy slider), video doesnt show.

i try new installaations with the sample data, i found “Self-hosted video mp4” video post, you set it to Uncategorize. this post work well on homepage smart content box, but when i try to include this post to Slider category, video dissapear on Classy Slider

How can I add a contact form onto the footer instead of it displaying in the header?
It’s the same flow: add a text widget to footer sidebar and use a contact form shortcode
I don’t see the text widget you are referring to. I went to Pages>Add New. I know where to place the shortcode.

You go to Appearance > Widget > drage a Text Widget into Footer sidebar. Then copy and paste Contact Form shortcode into that text widget
I no longer want to use Revolution Slider in this theme. How can I disable it or remove it, and where would I place the shortcode for SlideDeck 2 so that it shows on the homepage? I have looked for the Revolutoin Slider shortcode, but cannot find it anywhere. Or is it just the header-frontpage.php file that needs editing? Thanks in advance.
Figured it out! For anyone else wanting to know how to remove Revolution Slider, do the following:
Go to Appearance > Theme Options > Front Page and change the Header Style setting to Sidebar. Also, make sure Main Top Sidebar widget location is empty (Appearance > Widgets > Main Top Sidebar).

1. As I mentioned, I do not get your point clearly. Please take a screen-shot of the problem so we can suggest correctly.
2. We are receiving tickets normally from other customers, so I guess the ticket system is working properly. Make sure you have used the same email with ThemeForest account and a correct purchase code.
