Hi Pirenko, just a quick question. Sometimes the logo in the header will show as a broken link on some pages and work fine on others. What can I do to stop this from happening? I’ve tried disabling plugins but the only way I can fix it is by re-uploading my logo with a new name and deleting the old one from my media library. Thanks!

Hi, I am having a problem with the theme in Firefox – in Chrome, Safari etc the slider looks great but in FF 33.1 and FF34.0.5 it is way off the screen to the right. I have not changed any of the settings or CSS for the slider. Is this a known issue?

I have a query as to how this theme works alongside Gravity Forms, are the forms styled like the theme?
If not I may consider moving to Contact Forms but am intrigued as to how check boxes and drop down menus look in the theme, are they styled nicely too?

Thank you for your interest! Gravity Forms will work perfectly, but probably the styles need some work (if it is just the input fields and textareas I will improve them immediately).
If you decide to use Contact Form 7 everything should look just like the theme. If check boxes or drop down menus look bad please let me know and I’ll improve their display too. Send me an email if you decide to buy the theme and need these adjustments.

Oh wow this is awesome support…can the checkboxes be stacked vertically instead of horizontal? Also can you make the demo page for the dark theme? I just need to be sure first…sorry to be a pain…
Ignore me I can do the dark theme from the demo but if you can stack checkboxes vertically then I will purchase straight away!
Also can I ask if the contact form in the demo uses CF7 or is that your own code?

Hi, I’m having a problem with a slider at the homepage. I created one with default template and setup a slide group. Tried with two different slide groups with different resolutions. An unfilled row appears at the top of the page, between the menu and the slide. I tried 1600×900 and 1600×750 resolutions without success. I’d appreciate very much your advice. TIA. Seb.

The latest theme version is 2.9 and if you check the theme changelog you will see that it has already been fixed. So just update the theme to fix that. Cheers!

MAJOR PROBLEM WITH 2.9 Hi, that worked fine initially – shortcodes all appeared as they should. But after that i did a complete wipe as the WP auto install on the host was too problematic/restrictive (hosting was with 1and 1, not my choice) and i did a complete fresh manual install of WP and started with version 2.9 of the theme – i spent hours cursing the hosting and the problems it was causing and then realised it was the theme that was the issue, you CANNOT set the the theme options, skins etc., if you start with 2.9 – i had to go back and install 2.6 configure all of my settings there and then install 2.9 over the top to get the shortcodes working – hope you can sort this soon. This does not seem to be coming from the theme. I don’t have any similar reports as you can see by the comments. I just re-tested the theme and it seems to be working fine. Try installing the theme on a fresh install and you will confirm that there are no similar issues.

Ok -will do (it was a fresh install though) – i’ll maybe set one up on my desktop later and try it – it’s working with 2.6 configurations and 2.9 added after that so reluctant to change that install again. thanks, Tom.

HI – talked the client into another hosting package and it all works fine there – thank you! Unfortunately it now looks like i will need to use another theme anyway as they have decided to go for a ‘one page’ site for most of the content – tried to do that with this theme using anchors from the menu but it only seems to work properly in some cases? – do you know if this can be done properly with this theme. Hi Pirenko, Great theme! I don’t seem to be able to eliminate the white gap between the menu section at the top of the page and the slides. Where can I adjust whatever I need to adjust. I’ve tried it using the 900×500 placeholders, and have had the same problem, so it doesn’t seem to be an image size problem.

What sliders are you referring to? Anyway, the sliders size depend on the images relative proportions. This means that you should use images that are wider to decrease the sliders relative proportion.

Hi again Pirenko, I have a new issue with the logo in mobile version.
When I open the website in iPhone (I haven´t tried in android devices), the logo appears a little cropped on the top. I´ve tried to move the logo a little lower through the theme options but it seems to move it only on desktop version.

Hi Pirenko, I´m having some problems with the carousel shortcode. Actually I´ve realised that some other person has experienced the same problem.
When I insert some logos in my carousel, the images shows cutted out at the bottom. I can´t find the way to fix it.
Also, it would be interesting to have the possibility of add links to each item in the carousel.

How can I insert an icon in a text body?
I wanted to use a telephone icon instead of “telephone:” in contact page. The icon I’d like to use in this case for example is “icon-phone”, but I can´t find a good way to put it in.

Thank you for your kind comments! The number of portfolio columns depends on the content width and screen size. So you can see 3 on certain screens and on others 4.
