Hi Pirenko. I’ve found a couple of conflicts with the latest wordpress updates 4.9 and 4.9.1. The ‘quest plus page options’ drop down window displays the ‘select color’ palette, filling the entire tab and does not display any of the options. The same happens in the headings tab when editing a heading. I’ve trouble shot by disabling ALL plugins on my site first, which did not remove the error. Only when I downgraded my wordpress installation to 4.8.4 did the problem rectify itself. Can you advise on how to fix this.. ? Thanks in advance. Mg

Dear Pirenko,
How can I see my sidebar on all my pages within my QUEST theme, currently it only shows on a few I want it to show on my home page. Plus when I try to drop widgets into the side bar from wooCommerce even on the page it shows the sidebar it does not display the widget or its functionality.
I used the theme pagebuilder to build the pages but whatever I do I cannot see or get back the right sidebar.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you create a new portfolio page, you have on the right side menu several options: publish, page attributes, featured image…but page attributes doesnt appear and I cant choose any template…
That situation does not seem to be related with the theme. Try activating one of the default WordPress Themes to see if that error happens only when this particular theme is active.

hi, any idea why now at my page https://www.dimage.es/ go down and you will see last 6 proyects done, click and you will see goes to https and not https: so gives an error page since i changed to a ssl page

Hi, thank you for the really good Quest-Theme. But today I have a Problem. I updated the theme with the automatic update from the Envato Toolkit (from 3.5 up to 3.8). An now all markups in brackets like [list_with_icons icon=”squared”] .... [/list_with_icons] are not working. This markups are shown as plain text directly on the website. So all looks messed up. Any idea to solve this? To be on the save side I have done this with a copy of my Website. Thank you, Frank

Super… you gave me help after only few minutes. In the Quest themes folder I found the subfolder ‘external_plugins’ and within this I found the plugin ‘quest_framework’. After installing this plugin the shortcodes are working again! And it seems that the website now is faster. Your themes are a fortune!

Ive downloaded the Quest theme (may 2, 2017,) The install was unsuccessful due to a missing “style.css” style sheet. What does this mean? and how can we fix this.

The theme does a warning message on our web site. We contacted our web server and they say that your theme is not compatible with Chrome. That should be because when you were prompted to install the sample content you replied NO (this clears that option). To have access to it again, activate another theme and then reactivate Quest.

The last Quest update (3.4) is not working. Opening the website shows only hour glass. When going back to 3.3. all works well.
