I just launched a site for a client and did not even notice but client pointed out that in the featured properties section when you manually input a property, then on the live site when someone clicks on it it actually says behtrooms instead of bathrooms. Is there a simple and easy fix to this?

I overrode the old version and installed newest version via ftp file manager on hosting account, cleared cache just in case, reopened the site and individual property but same issue.

1. It was. but we changed according to others request. it should be different between admin and any other roles. admin can do everything but they are not on the agent list. you need to create your agent.
2. no it is not. mostly agent works with properties.
3. you can setup each pages with categories such as specific locations, specific status, options, types. even you can do multi-selection.
ex) 1 city + 1 status : Sale in Newyork
ex) 1 city + 1 type : Condo in LA
ex) 1 type + 1 option : Apartment with pool
something like this.
4. the payment plan, we are keep working on. at this moment, you can just do… how many, how long, how much.

yes it’s on his/her name. if I post.. it will be “javo” and listed with “javo” name. when you click “javo” it goes to “javo” profile page.. it shows all of “javo” properties as well.

Hi, I really do like the theme and will buy once am sure of the following questions below.
1. Can agents have access to the properties they did not post (Seeing other agents properties from the backend)
2. Can i see an example of the Agent backend ?
3. Can the theme work without IDX ? Can the listing work without me using the IDX listing.
4. Can agents post properties on their own via the front end ?
5. Can Admin approve Agents account and Listing before it goes live or appear on the site ?
6. I want listing to expire after a certain no of days. eg. 5 days or 20days. and the listing will no longer appear on the site but the Agent that advertise the listing can still see it via his/her back-end and can re-post and pay again.

Hi, is possible when visitor is in a property page, map on the top to load more markers? Otherwise site visitor will have to go home page again to search on the map.
Is also the height of the map on the first page adjustable? Ideally up to the visitor’s screen resolution?

Hello gneto, that’s what we have thought about … You meant you want to show… “another properties” around the property which you clicked (or are seeing) on single property page (detail page)? but what do you show? we have a few categories such as “type”, “status”, “location”, ... I guess type (apartment, house,..), status (sale, rent…). should be. and how many there should be. you don’t want to show all of them which could be too many items. please give us your idea. we may also consider about that.

You are right. It could be a solution but it would be complicated.
I mean to carry out the last conditions. For example a user clicks Apartments, Manhattan, Status is left to all. User clicks on Detail in info window of a marker displayed on above criteria. Button detail should send above criteria, and the property page will show a map for Apartments, Manhattan and Status = all.
If there are criteria (eg home page), then property page will display a map similar to the home page.
And the marker of the property (on property page) be in different color / icon to distinguish from the rest.
This approach will give functionality to the map search. Otherwise will have either go to the first page, select type, city, status to search again on map, or select location on top bar to display the map.

That’s more directory theme isn’t it? you want to show some local shops, food, companies on map and show listings. Interested but want to know if I will have the WP nav issue we’re having with our current template. One of our sites has a very extensive drop down menu system and it is no longer showing the full menu on our existing template. Want to know how extensive a drop down menu network this theme supports? We have 5 hear menu items, each with two subs and one of the five has three levels of subs. Thanks!

Hi I really like the User types and I think General, Agency, Agent, Landlord/Owner are the main types. I want to create a site whereby there are different users and someone can do an advance search by user type.
1.For example I want to search for all the rental properties posted by a Landlord/Owner as I don’t want to pay agency fees. Is this possible in the future? so essentially you have a custom field which can be included in the search form such as “advertised by” or “from” and then you can select All, Agency, Agent, or Landlord
2.Also on a property detail page depending on who submits the property the user type will be clearly displayed. Like how currently it shows as Agent and there are pictures and details, can it display Landlord with the same details if they submitted the property or the Agency with their details (maybe a logo for the picture) if they submitted the property.
3. Going further like how there is an agent list page can there be an Agency List page and a Landlord list page. Might be good if you can sort by number of properties associated with user. So for example someone can go to the Landlord list page and see the landlords in order of how many properties they have advertised.
I was excited to see you have different users to register – if you can do the above three things I think it will make your theme so unique and you would have a lot of interested people. Thanks

I have to confirm with developers before I give answers. this is only my opinion for our future plan. As you may know it’s weekend.
1. Basically this is a good feature and it should be in the future. we have been considering to add our own custom fields for search form and add property page. we didn’t have much time for it. we will add custom fields in the future. I think it should be what you said. search by user types.
2. Yes, it’s also a feature we need to add user type. (http://javothemes.com/house/classic/property/1039-52th-ave-brooklyn-ny-41263/) there should be user types or a tag for user types on agent information. is that what you said?
3. That’s also a good idea. we maybe add a check box options for “display : agents, landlords” on page setting. a lot of our purchasers are real-estate companies. we have not much time for updating user types. but we will keep updating.

Thank you for your fast reply. RE: point 2 where it currently says AGENT above the picture, if an Agency submitted the property it should instead say AGENCY and if a Landlord submitted the property it should say LANDLORD. This makes it very clear to the viewer what type of user submitted each property. I am not a real estate company but if you can enhance the user types, so to search by user types, list properties by user type you open up your purchaser base. I have been looking for a theme with these features. So far your theme seems like the only theme where you register as a user type. It’s a great start and if you can then expand on this it will really open your theme. If you implement point 1 and 2 please let me know as I would buy the theme straight away. Thanks
