Quick question on behalf of a client who has purchased your theme..
They would like to display in the sale price area the following
By Negotiation Auction etc..
But you have to use numbers.
I thought we might be able to do a work around by using different statuses.. and if you do not put a price in.. it defaults by placing a 0 in the price field..
Is there are a way around this?
I guess not all property listings require a price to be listed.. and this is what the client is trying to achieve.

We may have to work on it but basically only numbers available. that was a request from our buyers to add comma (,). therefore it is. our developers are currently busy. but I will make a note for it to try to make an option.

Hi Again.. it would be great.. as there are listings that agents have that they do not want to display a price.. and would like to only display text.. for example.. an auction or by negotiation etc.
If you use a different status then a $0 will be displayed.. there should be no price displayed if there is no price added to the listing..
Is there are work around you might be able to suggest?
hmmm.. yes that makes sense.. but the thing is that.. we have pricing searching and filtering… others. it is connected to so many things. I am not sure how we could handle it. anyway I will pass it to our developers to find a way.

I have no idea about that site. and how much you want our theme to be connected? database? but mostly it’s not possible to share data from the 3rd part. if they offer plugins or API, you can try to install it. it’s upto the site.

Do you mean revolution sliders? I believe that you can setup the size. if you need more details, please create a ticket on our support site ( javothemes.com/support ). if it’s related to plugins, it’s also good to contact the plugin developers.

I wasnt referring to the revo slider. I meant the sliders inside each single property page. I think the dev used flex slider. Is there any way for that to accomodate photo of different orientations?

You can download free translation plugin and translate. please search code localization plugin. this is free and good one. it’s also compatible with WPML as well. we may ask someone who already has Spanish or other languages. Thanks, Sean

Hello there, I’ve decided to translate manually by crating the .po and .mo file but with Poedit using the spurces keywords ”__, _ and _e” but there’s still missing some words.

Hi! Is there any way instead of drop down Location search bar you can integrate Google Maps API? So that user can type in location and it will show on the map? Something like airbnb has. I also like Map version but it would look way nice if “number of rooms”, “price” would be added. Also search results (which are on sidebar could have a bigger photo size so that user would have more clear idea how apt looks like. Thanks
1. Google auto complete : we may add these in the future. but not at this moment.
2. I guess there is price. but not number of rooms. we may add some custom fields later as well. but everybody is different which options they want to show on specific place.
we may need to find the solution.
3. big photo. do you mean the photos (cycle) are small or too narrowed on list?

Thanks for reply! About number of rooms.. You do have option “rent” , “Sale” etc, it is obvious that people will want to filter number of rooms, price etc. I think this would bring more functionality to your theme. About the photos. At the moment there is a small photo and adress, number of rooms beside it on a side panel. Could be a lot nicer to have title of the property, nice bigger size photo with icons on it (like shower, sq meters, bedroom). I will give you a hint (onradpad.com)
Thank you for the suggestion. the big photos need to work on it new style of map panel. I will pass it to our developers. they will consider of it. we will add customer fields. so you may add some of fields what you need such as amount of rooms..
Hi , Is it possible to show the Agents on the map(not the property,just the agent location and profile snapshot). Is it possible to set up a custom search for agent profiles(for eg by location/sublocation) etc.
I am asking this as my website is more Agent-centric then property-centric.

Yes you can change to your own language.
paypal is intergrated. additional payment would be updated in the future.
I am not sure about another modules and plugins. it depends but I don’t think it is all working if our developer do not make compatibility.
I am not sure what kind of advertisement. but basically they can post theirs own properties and there is a description box. they can add some advertise.

- it depends on what kind of payment modules. paypal is only available at this moment. we have see.
- the single page slider? not at this moment. but it will be soon.
- html on pages : you can add some html on description. but make sure correct html not to break layouts
- we use google fonts. there might be some google fonts for turkish.
- this is based on property. so no cars and other classifieds.
- IDX is a famous property database. you need to have your own account in IDX. please have a look at IDX sites. you may know more than us. 
our theme is compatible with an IDX plugin. you need to setup others. this is all same as other themes.
- yes, we help you to setup your site. but not customization help.

The first language I must work with in case I buy this theme is Portuguese. Would it be easy-going to translate all the elements I´ll have to? Another thing, is it possible for the owner to register his property himself (this way we would be able to save lots of time managing this task)?

1. Yes we have a lot of Spenish and Portuguese clients. they used localization code plugin. it’s easy to use.

I think it is. did you try with admin account? only admin account goes to backend. you may find the option which page you want to redirect on theme option. then normal users go to the page you setup.
