This is a presale question: I need the Flati theme for wordpress. I’ve read that there was one before, but I can’t find it anywhere. Could you please let me know where to find it if it still exists?
I’m afraid it doesn’t exist anymore. I was let down by the developer who went AWOL. 
Hi i’m facing the same problem than widely, I’m managing a client website made with your template and it seems that the product is discontinued. Could you provide more infos on this ? I’ve seen on the theme panel that the developper is : UBL Designs & Spiral Pixel but spiral pixel has no products listed on theme forest… thanks for the update.
Hi, sorry I can only answer you as I did above. I am only the html designer and didn’t create the WP version, they disappeared without having the courtesy to tell me why or even let me know that I could take over the WP version. I am as shocked and as disappointed as yourself. There really isn’t anything I can do at this present time.

Jo, I am using this theme for a client, the WordPress version and it looks like all support has been discontinued as well as the WP version of the theme. Will you be offering support again in the future? With the new version of WordPress (4.0), shortcodes are no longer supported in the classic editor. Thanks. Ryan
Hi there, I am terribly sorry but the situation was out of my hands. The developer of Flati suddenly disappeared and never replied to my emails. I had to hire a support guy to help me out. I am not the developer and only work with html so I was at a complete loss. The only thing I have found on the forum is the following and I am really hoping that it is going to help you!
If you are unable to locate our custom blocks within the Visual Composer, head over to Appearance > Customize within your WordPress dashboard. Within the theme customizer, activate the Page Builder using the option box provided.

No, I haven’t sorry it will be a while before I can even start to look at this. I will also add ‘breadcrumbs’ to the next possible updates. Thanks for the suggestions.

the nav sub menu seems to have a little gap that causes it to work a little funny. Can you let us know the CSS location to fix this issue? THANKS!!
You can change it in css > menu > .dropdown-menu .sub-menu { visibility: hidden; left: 175px!important; }

Thanks for an awesome theme. It looks awesome but I haven’t managed to get it working yet. There are so many different demo content that must be uploaded. Is there anywhere where all the steps are layed out step by step in order? If there is, it might be easier for me to just do everything from the start, as I’ve tried so many things without success.
I think I’m close to winning. I uploaded the zip provided by Danny on the “Rev Slider” Post. This fixed the rev slider to a degree. But now only the first page of the slider is displaying properly. The other slides are just blank. See attached.

Hi, I bought this theme recently, but am seeing a problem with the latest stable Chrome, where animation doesn’t work properly. The issue turns out to be a bug with the bundled revolution slider plugin. Its author has since updated his code.
Is it possible for you to release an update to this theme with the latest plugin as well? Would rather not have to purchase the slider plugin separately. Thanks.

Side Menu on Mobile Great Template. Congrats to the team. I was evaluating this template for a project. On mobile, Is it possible to have the navigation as a side menu with a slide in instead of on top
You would have to add this yourself as it’s currently not part of the template.

Awesome template, just one doubt ... others templates have updates every month(changes log), this template will have updates?Html templates don’t have so many updates, if you look at Flati’s updates you can see that new features have been added and more recently a total overhaul was given bringing it up to date.

Hi, Just purchased the theme and noticed that according to the bootstrap css files its running bootstrap 2.3.1. Was wondering if the latest version on themeforest is running bootstrap 3 as per the updates according to the site as i am planning to add some plugins the only run on bootstrap 3+.

Sargatal’s solution was what solved the problem with the Bootstrap 3 version for me. After spending countless hours trying to figure out why the sliders were working offline but not once placed on the server. Thanks!!

Hi everybody! First of all congratulations to Josweb for this amazing theme!
Next, I also had issues with revolution slider, in my case was that “jquery.themepunch.plugins.min.js” and “jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js” had a 403 Forbidden access.
An easy solution for me was to create another folder and change the url in the html file. E.G: src=”js/jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js”>—> src=”js-themepunch/jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js”>
It is not a high-tech solution like use chmod 755 or 644 but it has worked to me

Hi, I am not a coder but I spent the last two days researching about this issue. What I’ve discovered is that there is some kind of new restriction on this jQuery files. It may come from Boostrap 3, hostings or maybe the coders… I don’t really know. The easy solution I found is to move this files out of js folder and it loads right.

I’m afraid there is no short way around it, I have included the old template if you want to stay at 2.3.2. All of the framework has changed with new codes for columns, the colours.. well everything. This is the only way I can do it, and have decided to upgrade due to the amount of requests and to keep things up to date.

It looks like it may be the “02: MENU” section of theme.css. If so, do I replace everything with the new CSS in updates.txt or just a subset? Thanks again.

Great theme, although ran into an issue with the jQuery sliders. The ‘img’, ‘js’ and ‘css’ directories now live in an /assets folder on the server to prevent conflict with our CMS, however they don’t seem to work anymore. All files are linked correctly, and server permissions set appropriately – is there something I’ve missed? The dev is on dalmeny.sanctusmedia.net

Hi, please check the file permissions as they don’t seem to be loading.
The permissions are set correctly(?) – viewing the source code and choosing any of the JS files is possible… I’m fairly confident it’s not a permissions issue.

Very nice template. It has been very enjoyable to work with. I have noticed when testing the Contact Form by filling it out and clicking “Send” the form shows a ‘Thank You Message” but does not clear the field data. Is there a way to do this? It is more professional to have the message clear when the thank you message appears so that the end user knows something was completed.
Does that make sense?
