I just purchased the Kids Zone Theme. I’m in total awww with it.. I want it to look like your demo” Fonts and Slider and all” I can replace the images with my own within 48hours but I just can’t seem to get it to look like your demo version.
I”m have a few issues. I can’t seem to get the slider to work and I don’t see where I can upload the temporary images for the slider.
Also, My font style on my top menu don’t look the way it’s displayed inside the KidsZone CPanel Is there a video tutorial that I can follow for the slider and the layout? Is there a way you can help?

Hi..! 1) You have disabled the sliders for mobile devices from the Dashboard -> Kidszone -> Responsive & Mobile -> Responsive ->Disable Slider for Mobile Devices. We have enabled it now. Now the sliders are showing iPad and iPhone. 2) We checked your site in iPad and we cannot see any issues. Let us know your issue with some screenshots, so that we can help you better.

I’m have a bit of trouble with woo commerce product featured images. I’ll upload an HD image and when its outputing projects on the Shop page via shortcode the image is blurry until I hover over it. (I’m NOT talking about zoom feature.)
Is the theme doing this automatically? I don’t understand why uploaded featured product images appear blurry.
Any insight would be appreciated!

When a post has no thumb-image, the theme archives and blogpage shows a grey box with the word: IMAGE above each post.
I wish to remove that, so that it only shows an image when there is one, and only title + text is there is no image.
How do I do that?

Go through the following instructions you get a clear view:
1) Removed the meta info from home page listing. Just used the attribute show_meta = ‘false’, if you need it back just remove that attribute.
2) H2 tags are now working from buddha panel. Check it now.
3) Please try resizing the thumbnails using the plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hi! Go through the following instruction you get a clear view.
I) Please update our theme with latest version compatible with wordpress 3.9. Follow the below steps to update the theme, so that shortcode builder issue will be resolved.
1) Download the theme from themeforest page.
2) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
3) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already. 4) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
5) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
6) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
II) Try using the clear shortcode ([dt_sc_clear /]) between the items, so that the issue will be fixed.

I purchased the Kidszone Wordpress ecommerce theme. Great theme, very slick but I have a question.
If you see the link below you will see the way it is currently arranging the products. The reason for this is because some of the product names are longer than others.
Is there a fix for this that you could suggest as when I hand the site over to my client I need something that will allow her to enter product names of varying sizes.

We have fixed the height of the product title section to 80px. To some extent the product title can be increased with this height. Increase the height as per your title size. Now just add the following code the section that we mentioned to fix the issue.
.products .product .product-title { height: 80px; }

Hi! Our dummy contents do not come with the layer slider content. Download the json file from the following link https://www.dropbox.com/s/7ja06jm6bn2rjtn/kidszone_layer-slider.json and import it from the Dashboard -> Layerslier WP -> Import.
Now the demo slider will be created. Now use that slider in the home page -> slider options. Remember to update the images in the slider with your own images.

The problem is due to the image size you have used in the products. Please make sure you are using the updated version (version 1.3) of the kidszone theme. Else please download the latest version and update it. Also regenerate your thumbnails using this plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

The image issue cause of folder permissions / wp installation issue.
But we re-installed wordpress 2 many times. Also we checked with default wordpress theme. The cropped images not generated while uploading.
