Hallo, I’ve the following problem: the third level of the menu has a problem with the css, the font has the same color of the background. I have tried to edit the css, but i’m not so able, and this class seems also changes the color of all the links “on mouse over”..

the template has styling for BF Survey (which is used to create the demo survey). Note that the survey component is not included in the download package (as stated in the template page), for it you need to purchase a different license. In the link above you can see the pricing.
I would suggest to ask the developer – BF Survey has 2 versions and he will let you know

Hi, I installed “yamato-joomla3-quickstart-package-dhsign” according to the documentation and I’ve updated “yamato-joomla3-quickstart-package-dhsign.zip”.
However, I find empty the contents of the edit module, for example “Social Icons” or “Top Links”. The content editing goes empty, however content is displayed in the public area …
Am I doing something wrong? How I can edit these files?

Hi,
no, you’re not doing anything wrong – your text editor is not displaying the content in the backend. You can either use JCE editor and switch between HTML and text editor, or simply disable your text editor from Global Configuration in order to see the code in all modules and articles.

at the moment Yamato doesn’t have K2 styling, but we are planning to add it. The actual styling will be ready this week (and will be available on our support forum), but the update on TF may take longer.

Nothing works. It is not possible to install full Joomla 3 demo package. the installation does not to stop the process at table creation (sql). It is not possible to continue the installation and it is not possible to come back to the precedent step.

I would suggest to check first the Requirement Settings on Step 3 from the installation. All requirement settings should be in green in order to make the installation successfully. Also check the documentation about the installation (which option is the right one).
If you still have problems please send link to your site at support@dhtheme.com with your database, username and password so I can initiate the installation myself and check the requirements.

Hi, Thanks a lot for the quick response. I found my problem. It is on the SQL table structure. I had “latin1_swedish_ci” on one entry. I have changed to “utf8_general_ci” and the installation is completed. The Template is a great job. congratulations. Best regards. Eric

1. The template quickstart package is running on Joomla 3.3.0 version, but it’s compatible with all Joomla 3 versions.
2. Yes, we can install the template for you, if you can’t do it yourself. Access details for your site depends on what you want us to install – only the template on an existing site, or the whole quickstart package (the site will look exactly as the demo site, except the used images).
If you want the template only, send only your Joomla admin access and url details at support@dhtheme.com
If you want the whole quickstart to be installed, send at the same email your hosting details (cPanel will be best).

Hi, I have a problem when editing the demo content. When I open a module containing icons, these do not appear.

Hi,
the problem is probably coming from the text editor, which is stripping the code. To make it work I can suggest 2 things:
1. Disable the text editor from Global configuration > get the original code from the documentation and paste it in the module;
2. Install JCE and configure it to not strip the code. Check how to do it here in our support forum.

Hello, is there a specific reason why the template.css file reverts all the changes i make after a while ? i need to change the padding throughout the whole site, and some other changes,, i change the template.css and save it, the changes apply temporarily and then suddenly it goes back the to way it was before i changed anything please help

the template.css file is generated by the LESS files in the templates/yamato/less/ folder. You can simply disable the LESS option from the template settings in Template Manager so the CSS files will not be generated again.

and add the following code, just change your font-family depending on what you need (first is for the title heading and second is for the text):

It will best if you send me access to the hosting as well so I can add it myself (the above code was tested on a live site and it should work normally in your files as well). You can try to add !important after font family like this and check again:

Hi,
you can always use the default Joomla multilingual option, so yes, you can have 2 languages with 2 menus.
There are also 3rd party extensions which can provide the needed functionality.

Its not online yet but maybe you could help me, I have sp-portfolio mod set up. I created an article and saved it to the sp portfolio category by mistake, I changed the category but it still shows, I tried deleting the article and I tried deleting sp-portfolio and setting it up again but the article still shows, really weird
