You can’t use Youtube videos on video section, but you can use Layerslider or video shortcode on custom section instead of that.

Hello – I do not manage to import dummy content – I’m going on dummy content => dummy data => put the element on “import”, select the site I’m interested in in the dropdown button and clicking on save on the top left – during 2/3 sec I have an animation “in progress” but nothing happened – no new pages on my pages area
Is there another way to access to the code you’re using for the design in your different site? By inspecting the source code I only get a mix of html and CSS but that’s not how your pages are build :/

Are images imported for all of your demos? Is there an XML file available or just your import mechanism?
You can only use our import mechanism. Images won’t be uploaded via import function, but you will see several images that are uploaded to our website.

Hello i have bought your theme and now I wanted to install a sample dummy data and i can seleect a demo theme but i miss the first theme to install:

I want to have this theme with the same features as i have seen in your live preview, with these exact funktions. I clicked on Themeforest to “live preview” and assumed that I see a preview of the theme and it is features what are in that theme included. It is not acceptable if you say now that this and that is not part of the theme. If this is not possible to get features from ‘live prewiev’, I want my money back.I bought the theme just because of these features.

The theme has the animations, text boxes and icon boxes. Still you can contact Envato for the refund.

The first feature which is floating images in the boxes, is only created for our presentation website and it’s not included in Scooter package. However you can find the animations (second feature) on most of Scooter elements, you can simply use them by using shortcode generator in custom section, here are 2 examples of these animations: 1) http://demo.pixflow.net/scooter-vintage/
2) http://demo.pixflow.net/scooter-flat/
I assumed that the theme which I have seen in live preview’ve also purchased.
Now you’re saying that the feature float image in box (or iframe float) are only as demo for presentation for your pages.
I did not realize that this is not part of the theme.
I bought the theme, because I needed exactly this feature for my presentations (for marketing solutions)
Meanwhile, I’ve been looking into search engines and unfortunately can not find a solution.
Now there are only two solutions:
1. Money back
or
2. you can give a sample code for this float/scrolling image/iframe in box solution.
I do not know why you can’t help me. I want only what I have seen before buying and not more.

Hi guys, just started today with your great theme. It is installed and now I want to use the template “agency – creative demo” as the bases for the website. I looked at the theme’s in place, but ‘agency’ does not show to choose. So I went to theme settings > dummy data > drop down menu. There I choose ‘agency’ and set the slider on ‘import’ followed by pressing the button ‘save’. Nothing happened, the theme does not show up at the theme page to choose from. How can I get the theme agency installed? Hoping to hear from you soon so we can start building, cheers!

Thank you, since Scooter is using Contact Form 7, you can install CAPTCHA plugins which work with contact form 7.
I really wish i could figure out how to put this thing together like in the demos…I’ve watched the videos but they were no help. Amazing template but I guess I don’t know what i’m doing, but that is why we have templates, right? to make our lives easier? Anyways…this thing is just sitting there in my computer…with no purpose.

1) You can add images to parallax section by adding a featured image to that section.
2) You should go to “appearance > theme settings > intro” and activate the video background for your intro section.

The LayerSlider has an export function…I wanted to see if you could export the sliders on your demo site that I could import into my site to get me started.

what is picture size for intro menu?
If you mean the text rotator icon/image, it’s best size is 50×50 pixel.
i mean background image for Parallax , need best size for this

Is there any basic custom CSS script you can send for the additional scripts section in order to remove the pattern overlay on the footer.
I would prefer for the footer to be one solid colour but there is no option to remove the overlay…?

Great theme! I’m having a little issue though. I went into theme settings, under the text rotator heading, and added an icon using the “add” dropdown menu at the bottom. The problem is, I can’t get it to go away (I don’t want an icon OR an image over my intro video). I’ve tried:
Clicking the x next to the “TEXT ROTATOR INFO” setting, and saving - and - Opening another Add Icon menu under the first, closing the first one, and leaving the blank one, then saving
Neither one worked. I can change the icon, but not get rid of it. When I restart my Wordpress backend and go back to theme settings, it shows the icon I’d last chosen even if I hit the ‘x’ and save it.
Help! 
Also, it would be great if you could let us choose the size of the picture we use for the intro – I’d like to use a much larger .png but it won’t let me!
