With Grecko, we use other solution for menu. In my humble opinion, our menu is no worse that superfish menu. Perhaps, it will do for you? If you do have any doubts as for usage of our menu, I am always ready to asnwer all you questions.

I really like your menu but I am developing a website for a client who wants a menu like superfish – so all the submenu items appear below the menu when the main menu item is clicked. Also you can set Header block for any page in the Page options -> General -> User’s areas -> User’s header settings. If this option will be set to the ‘Inherit’, it will use global settings.

I understand your position and that customers are often invasive and annoying. The support ticket systems are often useful, it’s true. But on this occasion was enough to say where to go to change what I’m asking. Maybe if your attitude were another, would have less work in the ticket system. Recently I also made ??a suggestion and your attitude was the same, it was just enough to show you screenshots to not ignore me.

If you want to work less, spend more time at a professional template documentation. That way you likely have fewer queries in your ticketing system. Your template is very good, but personally I do not return to buy another job.

Luckily I found the solution by myself, otherwise doing what you say would solve my issue within a week. Something really stupid.

This is my disclaimer as a customer, who tried twice with you and was unhappy with his attitude. Especially since you’re sending me for ticket system for a really stupid question.

The criticism is constructive, so I wish you the advantage in your favor.

Please, do not take it as a demonstration of irritation towards annoying customers. In fact, to create a ticket is not one of our caprices or a way to get out of replies. Quite on the contrary, it’s a more effective way for customers to get response, than posting in comments. Comments are not going to be quicker than tickets. Our competent workers (theme’s developer and support operator) cannot monitor a lot of places at the same time, that is why we have focused all requests in one place.

Comments are normally used for pre-sale questions. We are always happy to hear constructive critics, though, it helps us get better.
