Pre-purchase question.
I was wondering if there was any way to display the content of the portfolio details (what opens up after you click on one of the portfolio items) in more than one column.
In all the examples I saw, the image is displayed on top (all panoramic formats) and the description below. Is there any way I could have the image on the left and the description on the right, for example?

- Can i combine diferent demos, for example in the demo “scooter-architecture” put the slideshow of the demo”scooter-business”
- Can i change the font in the slideshow home?
- Can I change some parameters of the main navigation through CSS?

1) Yes you can do that by combining different features of our demos, if you didn’t know how to do it, contact us.
2) Yes, you can do that with some CSS.
3) Most of theme styles can be changed using CSS.
4) Yes, you can use all section in a separate page except parallax section.
5) That’s “Oswald” font bug, it can be simply fixed with a line of CSS or changing the font.
What languages does this support? For example, what about arabic script? Thank you.
Scooter is not RTL compatible, but you can use it with different languages if you have WPML plugin.

Thanks for your answer, but this is not exactly what I mean. I know what are the shortcodes. What Im looking for is their properties and their possible values. i.e: piechart shortcode has many properties such as piechart_animation=’fade-in’ or imagebox has image_animation which i dont know what are their optional/possible values. Also, I would like to know if you have the option for “align” property in shortcodes (like in textbox) since I need to set my content to right-to-left.(hebrew site) Thank you!

I just bought the theme and I learn how to use it. 1.I understand what is main page. Is possible to create more than one main page? 2. I would appreciate if you could explain or define what is an ‘external page’ and what are its uses.

Hello mate, thank you for purchasing our theme.
1) No it’s not possible to have 2 main pages.
2) When you create different sections, you can choose to show them in your main page, or use them as an external page which can be linked to your main page with menus. All sections can be used as external page, except parallax section.

Hey again! Loving the theme. I’m having 2 small issues – 1) on google chrome, it does not show my footer info, but the footer does appear in other browsers. 2) On mobile devices, none of the text I wrote appears! It works fine in desktop though… Thanks!

I’ve also found thaht my bought template do not load on Internet Explorer. On Google Chrome and Firefox it works. But on Google Chrome my Parallax Video section or Video in this section loads very slow.
I have a good and fast server and 150.000 Mbit in office.
About responsive menu problem (doesn’t work) i have send you login datas.

Hello, I can see that you have used a 54 MB video on your website which is pretty heavy to load with your website. Please use a more optimal video. Also we will contact you about the menu issue.
I have tested some things and video as CDN loads with w3 total cache now. pagespeed is 0.054 Seconds.
But the problem in IE is not fixed.
Now i found your demo Page have the same problem

Before Slider loads, we habe a big blank field. You can check it in seo browser http://www.browseo.net/ the name of this field is “slide” and thats the big problem.
Can you tell me where i can remove or fixe this blank slide field (it is under Logo and over the real slideshow)

I tested all your demo pages. Only the scooter-flaty Demo Theme works without the problem. All other have the same error as my bought theme (blank slide field over the slider). At this moment, your hteme is not usable with newest internet explorer.

Hello mate, I apologize for delay on my answer. I just checked our demo website with IE 11 and they are working fine. Whats your IE version?
hmm, that’s crazy we have IE 11, too. Version 11.0.9600.17239 and update version 11.0.11 (KB2976627) , it’s the newest Version

after deactivating all plugins and delete the browser cache the problem remains.
And now i found an other problem, but i think you can fix it with one solution for the 2 problems:
- blank field over the slideshow in IE only
- Text Rotator (Logo, Title and description) failed in IE only

The problems are on my site and your demo pages. Only your flaty Demo works fine.

Dear PJone, our primary support channel is our support forum @ support.pixflow.net , to get a fast answer you can contact us via support forum or send us an email via ticket.pixflow@gmail.com , the issue is i’m not seeing that issue on IE version 11.0.9600.17031 and Microsoft does not allow me to update my IE and tells me that I already have the latest version. I can see the issue on your video, but I can’t see it on my IE, so I can’t debug it. I even checked your website and ours on http://www.browserstack.com/ and still didn’t see that issue on IE 11 on Windows 8.1.
We have tested 2 other computers with IE. Here we also have a large white field over the slideshow and your rotator doesn’t work.
We cannot work with your theme with this big problem. Please give me a solution or money back.

i have found the follow think:
in Firefox i have an element.style margin-top: 964px;
if i look with firebug on html window i found:
div id="main" style="margin-top: 964px;">
In Firefox your theme works good.
If i look on IE with debugger tool i found this:
div id="main" style="margin-top: 455px; margin-bottom: 0px !important;">
If i reducing margin-top with debugger tool to 70px; the blank field is gone. But if i click on menu the first section, it do not scroll to the top of the section, it scroll to the middle of the section.
BUT : if i reducing margin-top on firenfox (firebug) to 70px, the complete slideshow is gone.
the problem is the code div id “main” ...
can you tell me how we can fix it?
in css i can’t find this.

The top margin is added to id=”main” with JavaScript, you find the related function on line 1358 of “assets > js > custom.js”. Before you change that function, try using fade animation for your intro sliders. Also in which resolutions you face that issue?

Hi, Just installed Scooter a couple of days ago, love it. However have a couple of issues I can’t figure out/find info on. Would greatly appreciate your help 1. When I enable the wp menu as main navigation, if I don’t choose to put the counter in it, the counter is removed from the main page. 2. In one of the custom areas, “You get powerful results” the title disappears for no reason (meaning I didn’t change anything on the page, but sometimes when I refresh the site, the title is gone). 3. Can’t seem to figure out how to get testimonials to rotate in the custom area (or how to put more than one in there)
I’d really appreciate your help! This is an awesome theme, just need a little bit of help to make it work!

Sorry, I also need to ask about the visual editor. Is it supposed to appear almost identical to the text editor with this theme? I’ve never seen that before, and wonder about being able to keyword the pages. Thx!

- your image float code and styles
- my old footer from pixflow Media Theme

I Can’t figure out how am I supposed to start with an exact copy of the demo agency. I imported ,changed to static page, set correct menus but the page still has some weird errors and no background like the demo.
