I’m currently working on a website and I’m using your Javo House Theme (version 1.6.2)
I got into a problem though. The search filter doesnt seem to work. Whenever i select a status or a Type and press “search” it wont happen anything and just stay on the same page. have a look here: http://www.domplus.ch/
I solved the filtering problem by going to Theme Settings>Proberty Pages and setting the Search Result Page to the one i made, i can now search but only in Deutsch(German). Whenever i turn the page to English and search something, it switches to the German Search-result page and finds nothing.
Ive tried to solve the problem, but whenever i set in the English Version the Search Result Page from “Not Selected” to “Search Result”, it switches to “not selected” in the german version.
I’ve tried to reinstall wordpress and the theme and set up the whole site from beginning, but the result is the same: http://www.domplus.ch/new/

Hello, Before I purchase this theme i was wondering if you could show me any examples of installs using a IDX feed so i can see how it would look with all the listings from a MLS and not just a few stock options? I just want to see an example of when its handling hundreds of listings not just the few inputed.

I wanted to see how it intigrated into the theme, the maps, the search, etc.. if there are no live examples of this theme using dsIDXpress how do we know what it looks like? or if it works?
oh, IDXpress is not related with our WP database. this is from idx site. it’s not only us. all of wordpress themes are same. the map, searching all of them are from idx site. all of our properties in Map are that you have to add and manage again.

I bought this theme just recently and I have started customizing. However, I have an issue. I actually made a ticket on your support site but no reply yet. The issue I am facing is as follows : I like to use site origin page builder plugin to make all my pages. Including the Home page.
I have a made a home page, created a text widget and entered the shortcode to display properties. First issue I got was that it was giving a fatal error relating to the memory used. I have increased this to 64MB. It still doesnt solve the issue. After some investigating, it doesnt matter how much I increase, since if the shortcode returns property data, that data is then spammed on the page causing the memory issue.
However, text widgets natively dont support shortcodes. I have used a small trick to enable it. It had no effect on the result. I have added a plugin that gives widgets which can support shortcodes. That doesn’t work too.
However, the issue DOES NOT come if i add the shortcode directly into homepage contents (not into a widget). This problem is ONLY for the property shortcode, jumbotron and search shortcode are working fine even in the widgets.
Please help in this issue, if you need to see the site I can give access. You can find me in your ticket system, with the name of Roman.
Love the theme, looks very nice but this issue is giving me a headache.

And can I fix expiring date of property submissions so after they sell they dont stay there?
Will it hold up more than 60k properties? Do you have any recomendations for these?

I believe the payment is already like that. I will confirm with our developers tomorrow but I think it is. we have tried a few hundred properties. we may have to try. as far as I know you also need to have a good hosting as well. it’s also related hosting side as well.

I am really sure if I understood or not. Do you mean some special items (shops or listings) needs to show all the time? even it selected another category or locations? then the map marks look like too wide. we have new feature with wide map and it has “featured items” tab.. it shows only features items.
Have a look this one. the design is not ready yet. it should be done very soon. just have a look if it’s fit to you.

Hi Rob, great ideas on map Wide!, it likes me a lot. But is not like i need, you´ll see, we have some points as reference in the city like a shopping store chain that we need to show to the user as a referece that this store is near of their “future home”, that are something like 500 markers.
If is not possible at all, would be a posibility to set as default showed the markers of the shop chain?
Also, is possible to active the “my location” button in the map? this for locate the user in the place where they are, to see options around in real time guide.

Do you need “category”? If you don’t need category. you can use it as chain categories. you can always create categories. or do you need 1 more category for chains?

I have just purchased and installed the theme, and discovered a small grammar error under individual “Agent” page
Under agent description it says <someone> properties, and it should be <someone>’s properties. The phrase is missing the <’s> after the agent’s name.
Is there a quick fix to it?

1. different map pins (marker icons) by categories: Please go to “property” and “categories”. click one of them you want to change. see bottom of the page, you can find upload boxes. 2. we do not have that feature to not grouping spots. but I will pass it to our developers.

Hi there, solid looking theme. Thinking of purchasing however 2 questions.
1. When is next update coming as we are looking for multiple payment options ($24 for more than 20 images)
2. How are pins on map loaded? I have found many themes load this on the browser side and this laggs/crashes the page when there are a lot of pins.
3. Related to question 2, how many properties have been tested with the theme? I am looking to import 5,000 properties and every theme on themeforest I have tried so far has crashed when this many were loaded.

Food bar agent list : go to widget and drag “recent photos” to a food widget. select “agents” as post-type and options such as how many.

Hi there I am having a problem finding a theme that allows one to the search “listing id”. Backend or frontend. It is ridiculous that real estate themes cannot search listing id’s when there are 1000s of listings that will be entered.

If we use IDXPress. How does that work with the Agents? There are multiple agents. So will the agent pages only pull there listings?

IDX press is different from wordpress database. all of properties on IDX are from IDX database. it’s only us. it’s all same. Each agent can handle theirs own properties except admin.

Hello, yes it does. post-type is “property” (or properties). but we may have some serialize data as well. but mostly they save to post-meta.
