I’m currently looking to upgrade my hosting from a generic plan with GoDaddy to a managed WordPress solution from a company like WP Engine or Pagely. Most of these hosts cache their sites and serve them over a CDN.
I’m not an expert on those topics, so I wanted to double-check that RT-Theme will run smoothly and the caching won’t present any issues with the theme or bundled plugins. Although I expect a great experiences with RT-Theme, I know that sometimes caching can cause headaches. I want to be sure that out of the box RT-Theme will be ready to excel on a managed host that utilizes caching and other WordPress perks.
Are there any particular hosts you would recommend or suggestions for consideration when weighing my options for a managed WordPress host?

There was a plugin conflicting with the files and the feature image box was not showing up. I deactivated that plugin and it is all back to normal. Thanks for your reply.

A pre-purchase question: I want to use your theme for products with a lot of extra information, like benefits, references, tech documents etc. I see in your demo that you have in single products page many tabs available. Do you create this tabs with a plugin or in woocommerce? I use woocommerce tab manager to create custom tabs but I cant add icons to it.

It is a built in tool similar to Woocommerce without shopping functionality, focused to create a flexible product catalog. This page http://rttheme18.demo-rt.com/shop/another-product-sample/ created with WooCommerce and as you mentioned, you need to use additional tab managers to add custom tabs but those plugins doesn’t support theme icons.

I am looking for a theme that can allow me to showcase my products (Picture Frames) but initially I want to be able to turn off the ADD TO CART function and replace it with a PRODUCT INQUIRY FORM. I plan to activate the cart system maybe after a year. Can this theme meet these requirements?

You can create a product showcase (catalog) by using built in features of the theme without using a plugin. But if you have plans to selll online in the future you’ll need to move those products to WooCommerce manually. If you start with WooCommerce, there are some plugin that allows you disable the shopping functionality.

1) I don’t want to refer any specific plugin but you can search on http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/ http://codecanyon.net and http://wordpress.org/plugins for “WooCommerce Catalog Mode”
2) The main difference is design. There are some other differences but the logic behind the themes is almost similar.

Hi there. I tried to edit the content type text box with icons modules and I can not select text box to edit content area module or add any images or text anything …. The text need to change is: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Curabitur to euismod enim adipiscing metus aliquam. Lorem lorem vestibulum in. But that does not appear in the text area for editing. The title if you leave me but as I commented edit the text area of the module no. You could tell me that I can do to fix the problem? Thank you
