how do i connect an specific event to a specific item. This theme needs serious tutorial videos to help. This theme needs different user levels. There is no way to expect someone that just wants to put in a local business review to pay to do so. 2 users. Reviewers and Listing owners, needs “claim listing” for admin installed items. Only paid items show in paid mode, eventhough the admin added item. All published items should be seen all the time regardless of payment status. Admin doesn’t pay so in paid mode no items added show up.
This is just a few of my needs and I have just begun to get into the theme.

I am not really sure how you want to display a specific event. we have a shortcode for events list and it links the own listing (item).
And there is no payment for reviews. the claim options will be added later. we didn’t add roles from buyers requests. that’s more free to register and add listings.

i placed a ticket yesterday, no reply. The main issue is that in Paid mode, no items that the admin adds show up, so there are no items to link events too and the site is blank. Only when I flip the switch to free are any items shown in frontend dashboard or home page w/items. This is an issue. I wish for the site to be on paid, but I need all published items to show. As the admin I ‘publish’ the items I want to show, but your theme doesn’t allow it in paid mode. That is the issue.
tags or keywords for items and events are needed as well for better searchability.

I saw your answer about the Bulk Import functionality “add that later. not at this moment”. But I think many people could buy your theme if you added this functionnality. Many guys bought SpotFinder that no longer exists now and we would all be able to re-import our database on your theme that seems good quality!

I tested with WpAllimport, and it does not work. It does not take into consideration the custom fields when csv importing since it is a serialized format!

You seem to be working on bulk import a lot.
I know that bulk import is important for some users. I was a big fan of ait directory, (also BTOA) and I also wanted an import options. but no at the time. I created my self and used. when I was doing that. it was not that stable to all of my contents. I had to manually handle with my sql. we have some reason we have to work on it little later. I want we should have it. I also have to work on it for my own site I have a small directory site for my hobby. I will share you if I find anything. if you can handle my-sql little bit. I think it’s ok. but with wordpress. it’s not that simple.
Our team work really a lot and hard. I hope we have more hours to help or make all of requests.

What type of account do people have to have in order to post reviews? Does it have to be a wordpress account or do they create their own unique login with and email and password or could they login using Twitter or Facebook?

We have a shortcode for sign up. but it’s same as wp-login but different design. there were buyer’s requests to have simple login. then it’s good for getting users. I guess we will add sign up part very soon (maybe next week.)

Amazing directory style theme. Good job!
A few questions:
1. Is it possible to have 2 types of users, a. shops, and b. users that can leave reviews and contact shops? The idea is to have a simplified dashboard for users so they are registered and logged in but are not overwhelmed by all the shop details which they do not need.
2. How customizable is the listing? Are certain fields fixed, or can I redesign it completely to use for hotels for example?
3. Is it possible to add private messaging via a plugin or better incorporate buddypress? so that users can send shops private messages but not send each other messages?

1. We only have 1 user type at this moment. so everybody is able to post items(listings) and there is also assign option to give author to others (only admin can do). we can also have claim option later. if it needs we can add what you said later.
2. hmm.. it depends. we will work on sub-cate and disable/able tabs, change tabs / names.. etc on next week. It depends how you want to customize.
3. Not send each other messages means.. only client can send to the shop (lising) owners? we have contact form to contact the owners for now.

Pretty bloody slick, stunning and well thought out. We use stripe here for all our payment processing as standard. Can you please consider to add stripe and I will purchase right away.
How does the backend work for options? Is it customiser only, or does it come with an options panel like Redux?
If we setup places for many businesses as a free option, is there a way for the companies to upgrade from free layout with only small options, but the upgraded version to give more options. Is this possible.

Can you PLEASE integrate STRIPE.com instead of paypal. I believe there may be some existing code so it will not be too hard. Paypal is the worst payment processor ever, and stripe is much more modern.

2 still do not understand or can not find how to make the client can register and add your company or business person. Ever before I provide credentials for the client to list your company? there is a possibility for the user to create the account?

I love your theme! Beautiful! I do have several requirements before I purchase.
1. Subcategories and searching by categories and then subcategories is a must. Do you know when those will be added?
2. Can I use my own payment gateway? I use Stripe.
3. With other directory themes, memberships and the amount someone pays seem to be determined by the number of listings or number of products they feature, etc. That would not be relevant to my website. I would like my memberships to be determined by 1 of 2 things.
A. #1 would be the amount of information they can list. For example, a free membership would allow them to list name, address and phone ONLY. No info about their company. The least expensive paying membership might include everything in the free membership, but also allow them to add their email address, website with a link, and a logo. The next membership might allow the previous package items PLUS a photo gallery with social media links, and so on. Can I do that with your theme? If not, how hard would it be to make the changes and when do you think that would happen?
B. The #2 item that would determine their membership amount would whether they want a single page to advertise their business, or if they want a page with full tabs, like you have now. They would pay one price if they only want one page, and a different price for the “page” with 5 tabs. Right now your tabs are ABOUT US, LOCATION, EVENTS, RATINGS and REVIEWS. I would want the ability to change the names of the tabs, to include PHOTO GALLERY and SERVICES/PRODUCTS. Is that possible or are you planning to add that? If so, when would you expect that to happen? I have never seen either of these two features in any of the directories on Themeforest. I think if you can them happen, your theme will be even more successful.

Hi, Nice new theme, but there is quite a few issues with the demo version. After I’ve logged in as demo/demo, if I click on the Events, it seems to lose the login information. In the My Shop Items Lists, click on any of the shops and it brings out the 404 error page. Every time I change the page it comes up with a loading % which seems to me that page loading is slow. Appreciate that this is a new theme but I would like to see a more stable demo version before I can decide to buy it. Also I need sub categories and locations, multiple categories and locations, which are provided in most directory themes. I understand that you are working on those features, when will they be ready?

The pre-loader looks good. but it could make look slow. like (99% for 2,3 sec). if you have many items you can “disable/hide” it.
