1. Is there a way to have the content of the site in French language, but the administration panel to remain in English?

1. yes, please use translation plugin and translate only front-end part in French. then it show only English and Translate (French) language.
2. I have not tried any plugin for it.
3. we don’t have tags on properties
4.you can have only rent category. delete other categories.

First we need to say your theme is great and very nice.
We are company for Holiday Lettings, Sale & Rent Properties, our and our agents. Our boss needs some options as following. We need to confirm about these before purchase your theme. Please kindly reply us ASAP.
Regarding emails
- After the booking the property by the customer, (owner is that property is one of our agent) can we create auto reply email send to the customer?
- And can we send that reply mail through our company email with hide agent’s details?
- Also the same time can we send mail to our agent who the owner that property, with hide customer contact and other details from our company mail?
Regarding Bookings
- After the booking one of our house or property, we need display to other customers who visit and check our site for the properties as an already booked or not available until ….. (date – Booked customer’s closing date). Is it possible?
Regarding Search Form – Locations
- As locations we put all districts only. But as the search result we need every city in selected district which properties are available. As an example, if customer selects the location as Colombo, we need show to him all cities in Colombo District properties available. Is it possible?

Hello, Thanks for your interesting on our theme. however, we don’t have booking system at this moment. they can email you (there is email option to send from your users), you need to reply from your email box I guess it’s a big deal. Other check out time etc.. we don’t have that feature. one of our client is working on booking plugins. but not sure about that.
Search : I think you need to test on our map. or you can create “Colmbo” city pages and add it on menu. then it goes to comob city and show.

I saw on your live demo, the classic version, the properties on the home page are listed in 3 styles.
The for rent properties have a picture that takes the full left side of the “block”.
The for sale properties have a horizontal bar with details
The for sale properties ABOVE the agents section has a completely different look.
Can you tell me how to make the properties display differently on the home page? Also, the properties on my home page are coming like the 2nd style i described above (Horizontal bar with details) and IN THAT the social icons of facebook and twitter are misplaced. “OFFICE SPACE” letters are too long that’s why it made 2 lines. you can add some custom css for it or shorter words. I think you added custom css. make font-size smaller

Something very odd has happened… I´m not being able anymore to load any page on javothemes.com, both support or the demo site itself, do you have any idea why? I´ve already cleaned history, cache, etc.
Also, I´d like to know how to create an area on my website where the Landlord could log in and submit one´s own real estate by oneself, but without having access to main media files, for instance.
The way I see now on my website the landlord has access to it all:

1 – How can I create a page for Contact, I don´t see a template for it?

No Sean, that´s not what I meant… I´m not being able to set up the landlord area on the website correctly, it seems instead the area of the agent or admin, because registering as a landlord I´m still able to see all the media files contained across the whole website (and then able to change everything, like logo, etc.), I just want the landlord to have access to his profile and his own files only.

Hi, very nice theme, am something similar to this kind of Real Estate Theme but one of my client need a bit different, is it possible to add more extra features ? for example my client is selling and leasing business and property i.e Property for Sale and lease which is exactly same this theme further more he needs to add business for lease and sale, so for business it will be very different features than property such as “Business type”, “Sales revenue”,”Employees woking on business”, “Trading Hours”, “Inventory / Stock value” etc. So is it possible to add this business related property in your theme? i hope you got my question. thanks
