Any custom change in code is reversed when you update the theme. This is default behaviour of word press. Can you email me your purchase code, I will create a ticket for you.

what advanced form maker is compatible with your theme? this coding solution is not going to work for us, as non of us are familiar with coding. I’m willing to change form makers to avoid this problem in the future. Please advise!

You do not need to drop using the plugin from the maker, but whenever you make any changes in the code, please keep back up of that code so that theme update may not hinder the working of your site.

We got Gravity forms because of its ease of use because we lack computer skills. We’re unable to do coding, as we’re not developers. You were unable to solve our issue; our forms are still not editable. We cannot contact you every time something needs to be added or taken away from a form or create a new form. I’m feeling very frustrated right now!!!! I just don’t understand why last time you could make gravity forms editable again in about 10 minutes and this time you cannot. I understand I should’ve kept a backup of the website and restore, but as I said we’re not computer people so I didn’t know. for sure we will not make that mistake again. I feel stuck and don’t know what to do now. you’re not helping me, I cannot edit my forms. this is a complete disaster!

I finally found what gravity forms support wrote the last time, maybe this will help you fix the issue: “There is a JavaScript error present on the Gravity Forms admin pages:

Uncaught ReferenceError: cs_shortocde_selection is not defined admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&id=1:166

This is being caused by the following script:

As the other effort, you were sent an attached file where a coed was mentioned and to comment the class to resolve this issue. I commented out the code, it does not work. Your instructions were unclear to begin with but even after I figured out what you were asking me to do commenting out that part of the CSS code does NOT solve the problem.
