Hi
How can I disable the Theme options “color picker” side menu on the left? There is a small “gear” button that opens a menu to choose the theme color, I want to remove this.

Thanks for purchasing the theme and sorry for the trouble, actually other day I uploaded theme with my demo version by mistake.
To fix it, please replace this file in THEME/ folder https://www.dropbox.com/s/0ue3jyn4vnw6x2s/header.php or you could re-download the theme, I have updated the theme now.
Help, I cannot see Revolution slider on my mobile. You can see it on the desktop mode. I cannot figure out how to enable it. Also I want to remove the cart option I also cannot figure out how to remove it as I wont be selling anything online. Here is the website marbleslabcakesncatering.com

I hide slider from mobile to save bandwidth , if you want otherwise , please edit css/responsive.css line 130 and remove below code :

display: none;
}
I also noticed on your website , correct image size has not been setup , please setup them as described here : http://templatation.com/documentation/justshop/#woocommerce_setup_product_image_sizes
to re-apply those sizes to thumbs already generated, you will need to regenerate thumbnails using : wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
HEEELP! My site was okay yesterday and total it says I got a fatal error because of the revslider. I didn’t change anything at all it was working okay! Please help!!!!

Ok, I caught it , it was actually because of NKS plugin i was using to showcase other layouts , I removed it and now its good, you can recheck http://templatation.com/justshop-theme-layout2/ . I suggest you too remove that plugin from your website and everything will be ok.

How to upgrade WPBakery Visual Composer since, automatic upgrade not working.
There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 4.1.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.
I have updated the theme with latest VC , please update theme and re-trigger the plugin install and it will be updated.

I have a problem with the product categories on top of the frontpage.
The images (using the stock images from the preview site), will only show in rectangle, and not wide format.
Another problem i have, is with the “Content Area”, if i use a page that have uploaded images to it, then one of the images will appear before the title of the page. http://i.imgur.com/bssjF2G.png
If i remove the image shown from the media library, then it just shows another from the post.

To sort the image size problem, please visit : http://templatation.com/documentation/justshop/#woocommerce_setup_product_image_sizes you will need to regenerate thumbs to fix previously uploaded images using http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ plugin.
To sort second problem please go to themeoptions/dynamic images and uncheck last option. (Automatic image thumbs).

I just buy this theme, and i imported “demo” XML and try to repeat step in documentation how to theme look like original demo, but its something wrong with WP or theme.

I replied your ticket , you dont need to buy VC thats included with the theme, just go to Appearance -> Install plugins to install it.

It doesnt look possible to have two pages; one that shows a list of posts from categoryA (for example), and the other shows a list of posts from categoryB (for example).
Is it possible to do this using a shortcode?
Yes, you can do it using Visual composer Posts Grid component.
Other thing is that each category has its own archive page where it shows posts inside it, normally it will be sitename.com/category/name (exact url depends on permalinks setup)

Ok I figured it out: it is in theme option > woo commerce >> product details. Simply check the “Link product thumbnail to product details page too” option… It’s as simple as that… Thanks anyway
I have the following setup in woocommerce/settings/products Shop Page Display – Show Subcategories Default Category Display – Show Subcategories
Because I do not want to show products on the home shop or category pages but it is still showing products after the categories.

Please note this seems like woocommerce issue. I researched on it a bit, so if you want to hide products…
- on home page: ThemeOptions>HomepageSetup> 'uncheck' Enable Featured Products- on shop page: Setting "woocommerce/settings/products Shop Page Display – Show Subcategories Default Category Display – Show Subcategories"- on a category page: products will be seen for a particular category(i tried it even with default wp theme)I suggest you post on support forum of wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce so that plugin authors could suggest you more with this issue.
Even with those 2 options set it was still showing products on the shop page. But I hacked product-archive.php to only show products if(!is_shop()) so now its ok.
