I tried entering from there. However i paid for my website to be built by a “web developer”. Things went south with him and he has not been providing me with any favourable responses or information about the theme he purchased.

Hello Ive installed wpml plugin, since I did that I see a menu with all the items of my website in my sub-footer area. Before I intalled the plugin I just saw Copyright information.

Hi there, hope all is well with you.
I have two small issues with the site I completed votethompson.ca (how pages display on the tablet)
1] Just wanted to know if there is a way to make the sidebar fixed width for the left sidebar page and right sidebar page. When displaying on the tablets in the portrait position (vertical position) the sidebar shrinks. And since I included image in the sidebar the image shrinks but only horizontally and becomes disproportional.
2] When the site loads on the mobile devices the logo on the home page is not visible. It becomes visible after I visit other pages and go back to the Home page. I am not sure what the issue is?

1) You can either remove the height= attribute from the “” html code or put the following css code into the box inside Styling Options / Custom CSS
.textwidget img {
height: 100%;
}
2) I recommend upload a retina logo also by using Header Options to make sure your logo working properly and looking sharp with all devices.

Thank you stmcan, I was able to fix issue 1 but no luck with loading logo on the first run even when I added retina logo.
I have already registered with your support forum. I will deactivate couple of plugins to see if they interfere and then will post the question if the issue persists.
But I have minor question regarding Support Forum. I created user account based on the first purchase code. Can I use the Support forum to ask questions for two clients (may be more in the future) under the same user account?

How can I make a menu item active at all times? For example I want “contact us” background to be a different color so it’s more noticeable… Thanks.

You can add “current-menu-ancestor” class name to the menu item. Paste it into the “CSS Classes (optional)” field of a menu item. If you don’t see the field, activate via “Screen Options” of the menu screen.

I moved a word press site from a sub directory to the root and the template builder area won’t open the Edit template – it just has the loader overlay displaying on top of the actual template form. I’ve tried re-uploading the latest version of the theme a few different times to no avail. Everything else appears to work, but editing the templates via the template builder. Any suggestions?
And also – the retina display logo and some of the font awesome icons do not display on load initially. You have to refresh the page or come back to it to see them. iPhone 5 doesn’t display logo on first load. Have to revisit the page or go to another page before it displays. I have the most current version.

Saving templates in Template Builder.
Hi, I encounted a problem when saving a template after inserting some modules like “slider module” of “content box”.
Most of the modules work fine, but after inserting some of the modules in the template, the progress bar just keeps on loading after saving the template.
I must hit the back-arrow to cancel the operation.
What could be wrong?
