How to remove the default “join our team” space?

Hello.

Top level menu items stop working as a link as soon as you add a secondary level menu items. The link is getting instead of the link specified in the menu.

Please help to solve this.

The theme rocks! I have 3 issues: 1. how do I make 2 slideshows on the homepage with the page builder. It just replicated the 1st one and doesn’t work with the menu. 2. I can’t get the menu to work on the blog posts. the paths are incorrect. menu break on the pages and blog stories. 3. Can I remove the Join us block form the team? Thanks

What’s the CSS to remove the left and right padding on the blog with its on mobile? Theres too much space on the right and left side of the content especially on mobile. I could not find any way to fix this

It has been several days since we have responded to your request for FTP and server information to fix the gallery & contact form styling issues.

I understand support isn’t something expected from authors as per Themeforest terms, but providing a complete and tested product is. Several authors publish regular theme updates to address bugs and other concerns from paying users.

Since out of the box, on a default install of Wordpress using the recommended Contact-7 Form Plugin, this theme is experiencing both technical and styling issues I am forced to ask for a refund through Envato support. If enough users request this, your theme has the potential to be removed from the marketplace. It really is in your best interest to update and improve the theme…

We hope that you will publish an update for the theme soon, rather than see refunds occur!

Hello, We have purchased this theme two days ago. I have to say that we like it very much. But we have run into one major problem, which we don’t really know how to fix. Since we are using it in Hungary, we are using characters like ?? ?? which don’t appear properly on the website. We believe it is because of the character encoding. Do you have a quick solution for us? Thank you in advance!

It is truly a shame the lack of seriousness and zero support giving this issue more than a month we bought ago and have not fixed the design flaw that has to not be run photographic galleries properly, hopefully them Forest take action on the matter and tell us the cancellation policy and refund as this issue does not meet the minimum quality and although billed as equally professional should at least give an answer as professionals but have chosen to ignore. Indeed we have been very patient but can no longer waiting and less when not even answer messages. Please advise how to apply the refund or change for an issue IF WORK. Thank you.

Hello, thanks for your lovely theme. I have one question: At section “Our Team” , i want only one member which is centered in the middle. Now it is left-aligned, but is have to be in the middle.

I have 3 weeks to buy the item and is not functional, the truth I have contacted several times with you and do not give me answer please instruct me if there is a good form of support or technical back really because the topic is incomplete (photo gallery not working) please be more explicit in their responses and correct programming errors. You can find the Page Builder under the Appearance Menu on the back-end of Wordpress.

Once you find it, each page is a “tab” across the top of the Page Builder. Click the tab for the page you want to load.

Hi. Yes, is the way you create the file. First I was create the file mp4 for PC with 854 * 480 as the demo, and the result as you already know. Now I create a mp4 for mobile phones and players with 400 * 224 and runs smooth. I already test with all browsers above mentioned for PC, including Safari, and all are OK. The bottleneck still is the iOS, not start in auto mode. Thanks for sharing your thought’s with me. Cheers.

Size is not the problem. Your .mp4 video is not good, i can’t see video but I hear the sound. ogg and webm working fine.
